Awful! Complete tease and waste I'd time and if you want your money to be held and then refunded and told you can't be served we don't know why
Awful customer service! They sent my brother a box no problem. But when I made my order and wasted two weeks while actively giving updates as to what I expected in the trunk. After all the Effort and headache I went thru with this program!? Fed ex informed me that my package was being returned to sender made by the sending parties request (trunk club) they shove me to the side and tell me my account was flagged in the system and they can no longer serve my account! I know of three different people in my town that had the same thing happen to them! The sad part is that they won't reply nor can shed any light as to why they won't serve certain accounts... It's just a simple "sorry about your luck pal! we can't serve you! or answer any of your questions bc we don't have to! 😉"... It's really a sham where they have minimum wage work from home "stylists" who are too lazy to want to do the work so they flag your account and never reply.
