Best course of action
Jeffrey was a great help, offering guidance toward my best debt solution. He recommended debt counseling with Consolidated Credit, a non-profit in business to help people. They helped me with my credit card debt, getting me a lower interest rate and pay off plan. My plan is a cheaper monthly payment than solutions offered by debt settlement companies, without the negative impact of debt settlement. The settlement companies try not to tell you that they let your debt go into default. Until you have paid them enough to offer a settlement, they do nothing. The bank may not even know that you are doing a settlement. All the bank can do is try to collect from you. Research carefully and you may find that Consolidated credit can help you avoid the predatory methods of settlement companies. I remain in good standing, even though my credit cards will be closed. Thanks again to Jeffrey and also to Lori with Consolidated Credit.

Truly honest site offering most debt solutions
I have not found another site that offered so many options to assist a person with their debt issues. I am so grateful I found it now. They tell their back story and is the ony company I have seen to introduce their staff. They offered an option I had not found anywhere else and it is a lifesaver1 Awesome site, efficient, knowledgable and ethical.

Genuine Counsel
I am someone who typically shops around and looks for the best reviews and prices before making decisions. Jeffrey was my first call and I knew from our initial conversation I had found the right fit. Speaking with someone who has already gone through the process themselves made the world of difference in making an educated decision. Jeffrey answered many questions and concerns I had in detail and painted a future based on his own personal experience. I felt he was genuine in his responses and truly receives satisfaction from his job from helping people from their best interest vs his own. I've been struggling just to keep up…
I've been struggling just to keep up with my monthly credit card payments. I filled out the online form with Ascend not thinking much of it; just exploring my options. I'm very glad I did! Jeffrey and Rachel were very friendly and took the time to review and explain all my options. They recommended me to a local company that was able to help my situation dramatically. Light at the end of the tunnel…
From the moment I reached out to Ascend Finance, I felt heard, supported and genuinely cared for…Justin, Rachel, Rita…are team members whom I dealt with today when I was feeling overwhelmed, confused and alone. Watching Justin on the Utube video catapulted me to take action.In that moment I was trying to figure out what direction to go in…The heartfelt energy, empathy and compassion demonstrated by everyone I dealt with today, was and is definitely appreciated and was very much needed. Truly they help me through my financial Journey. Mind you they did not want a single Cent! Ascend is there to truly give you the right information empowering you to make a educated decision for yourself. I personally went with Chapter 7 bankruptcy and they even help me understand the rehabilitation after chapter 7. I can't recommend enough to come to ascend. Truly a great support system. Best Gabby

Some decisions are more difficult than others, and when it comes to dealing with crippling debt, you are definitely there. Finding Jeffrey and the team at Ascend was like finding an oasis in the desert. The data they provide, along with candid but compassionate conversations, make the decision process far more manageable. Highest recommendation! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
