Doesn't work, pos! After reading reviews, hate to sound nasty about it, it's made in China. I know, ALOT of things are. But, this thing, connecting to my phone, tv, and wifi? The, watching me or looking at my data? That's my issue. F the $, bought this year's ago.
After not working for three weeks, my screen mirroring is working again.
Ok, we have 3 of them, new in box. Elderly inlaws had them, cleaning out their house.My wife is a techy, she saw this and thought "cool".Um, she spent 2 hours trying to get one to work. It did not.She went through the "support" pages on the website. Still could not get it to put anything on the tv screen other than the "set me up" screen. As she did all that, i sat reading all the reviews for this product. Wow, this gets worse reviews than MS Windows 8 did!As i read reviews to her, thank you all that wrote reviews, she just was getting madder and madder, it would not work. This is a gal that programs for a living, this is old hat for her to set stuff up. She was mad that her folks got took by this company. (plus many others) i think she was mad she could not force it to work. We figured with 3 in box must have been a package "deal" for 1 price.So any way, looks like we have some targets to put in our skeet slinger!! Dont buy this product. By the way the company has other devices on its site.Avoid them.

I had the missfortune to set this up for someone. this it a casting device, and a bad one at that. complicated to use, and custofer service is awful.Glitchy and freezing. Will not stream any DRM protected streams.Fake reviews, false advertising,If all you need is i screen caster then buy a google tv, or ChromeCastDO NOT TOUCH THIS JUNK
I ordered TVfix and it wasn't what I needed because it doesn't do what it says it does. I sent it back and still after FIVE months I'm arguing with the company for my promised refund! They sent an email stating they sent the refund into my bank in two payment months ago. My bank statement proves otherwise. SCAM SCAM SCAM
TVFix is a scam. Don’t waste your money. It does not give you channels that you would ordinarily pay for. When you call to get a refund, they immediately offer you 30% off When you demand a refund they tell you you need to return the product before a refund can be processed. This is where my request disappeared into the ether. These people should be closed down by authorities.
This is a scam. The product does NOTHING that it is claimed to do. Even the screen casting is rubbish! DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF RUBBISH
Yeah, too good to be true, but I had to see. Bought three, poor me. Read the box, gee nothing like what their advertisement mentioned. Uses services that we already pay for anyway. Internet or cellphone connection. Still have to pay for streaming services. Their advert made it sound like their product would miraculously grab signals from the air, they certainly didn't mention this. I could just as well order TV bundled with my internet and still pay through the nose either way. This is no pancea for heavy costs.
They know it doesnt work .dont send it back yet if you put it on a credit card the credit card will refund the money. If its off the internet pay with paypal they will refund scams too. They wont ask for the product back ..all they care about is the millions they make off of shipping and handling. I learned the hard way off the internet booster probably by the same company. Don't buy anything from those type ads. Check reviews first. People ought to get a lawyer and file a class action suit......
Thank you all for your posted reviews. Shame on advertising using the military, using the disabled to promote a scam product to try and take advantage of those who are already strapped, searching for a less expensive option, trusting a possible option, only becoming a victim of fraud and misrepresentation. Thanks again for all posting reviews. I guess if it's too good to be true, it is.NOW caught, do the right thing and make something with credititable outcomes.
I purchased one today after me filling out my credit card details correctly and double check all was good. So I put the send button. Straight away it says my card details are wrong must put another card 😒 to my subscription this was strange 🤔. I phone my bank they said $99was taken from my account the TVFIX was $59 after shipping. Straight away I knew this is a SCAM. ANGRY 😠 😡 Costumer
I got scammed. I ordered tvfix caster 3 months ago and never received it.
Thank God I checked the reviews and read all of the testimonials from the poor folks who unfortunately bought this product. All I can say is "Thank you" to those who took the time to honestly post their experiences to save folks like myself from getting scammed out of our hard earned money and I'm truly sorry to all who have lost money on this but, just know that even though you had a negative experience, some good and benefit can come from it, so your loss, anger, and frustration has not at all been in vain because your misfortune will help to ensure others aren't fooled so easily or suckered into another somewhat clever scam of buying yet another useless piece of junk because of a carefully produced and polished internet ad. Whether you believe it or not, your testimonial is doing your fellow Americans a great & valuable service and there will undoubtedly end up being many people, like myself, who are spared the same hardship, rotten luck, & the unpleasant disappointment that you suffered at the hands of such reprehensible scam artists and grifters like these!!Thankfully because of your negative experience and subsequent reviews help so many other unsuspecting people to avoid this disgusting, cash grabbing trap, so they're not falling victim to & wasting money on yet another in the vast myriad of shoddy, useless products dreamt up by greedy scammers and downright thieves!!I saw but ONE positive review, albeit it was oddly really positive among an ocean of negativity and even more suspicious was the fact that it was a FIVE STAR review from a woman whom oddly described its uselessness within the first sentence or so, possibly without realizing it, though I have a hard time buying that she didn't and I can only assume that either A: she isn't exactly technology literate or doesn't understand how this kind of tech is meant/supposed to work or B: she's either a shill, works for, or simply works directly with the company as a sort of damage control specialist writing positive reviews to, I guess, offset the multitude of overwhelmingly negative reviews but, that's just my personal opinion. Luckily, I NEVER did and, now that I'm aware of this valuable info, I NEVER will buy this crappy little polished poop because, like most folks, I already own a smartphone with some kind of mirroring tech already built into it that works with my smart TV that apparently does everything this junk can without pissing away 60 plus dollars or more. Most folks with relatively new smartphones have the capability that this device claims to offer, so there's no need to waste your money. Check yours first for a mirroring function or "SMARTVIEW" if you own a Samsung smartphone and it'll do everything this device does and most likely 10Xs better!!Moral 9f the story...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY and either check your phone's functionality for the screen mirroring ability or just download a free app that'll do the same thing and save yourself the anger, frustration, inconvenience, and loss of your time & hard earned money!!God bless and I hope these reviews saves you from making a real mistake!
Will not work with or without internet to television. Difficult to return.
TV Fix is a joke, if you already have internet through AT&T, TV fix is not compatible. Right after I purchased them I sent them back months ago. Lucky, I am wealthy because I never had one cent returned to me from this crooked company. Do yourself a favor and do not order TV fix.

Terrible company. Their product doesn't work on ANY cable/internet companies in our area. Their website doesn't mention anything about this. DON'T buy it. I wished I had seen the reviews first.
Completely false advertising on this product. It is a mirroring device, nothing more. It DOES NOT provide access to any streaming services. The picture quality is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!
I was so excited to receive my TVfix; however, I could not get it to mirror with my Samsung Smart TV. I viewed a YouTube video, and attempted to call Customer Service, which apparently, they don't have. I attempted to get help with Chat, no luck with that either. Since I'm on fixed income, I had so hoped this would be the answer to high cable bills. I've finally resorted to an email about returning the product; hope they will respond promptly since I only have 30 days from purchase to return it & I have to pay return postage.
