Andrew called me to make sure that the problem I had with my shipment would be remedied. Despite it took a long time, he was genuine in his professionalism. I guess things happen in business these days, and some things were out of his hands. So my negative comments before was justified, however, Andrew had some other issues going on. So with that said, I hope to have my shipment in in due time. If anything, hats off to Andrew.
The Company claims they can make an audiobook for you. But they mask the fact that they are using AI voices, not actual orators. In addition, they want to get paid for copyrights on the AI voices. This may be possible if they in fact edit the content, but as a straight AI, no, it is not allowable. The Up Charge for the copyright isn't mentioned until they have collected for the book. They will not return your money on their moneyback guarantee.
