From mixed results to poor service all round
Started off with mixed results. As a punter with nearly 20 years of betting experience I am well aware that its about incremental gains not massive wins. However, after a few months the quality of the tips dropped off a cliff. His constant messages to stay focused on the long game were starting to feel insincere. I cancelled my subscription. He DM'd me to confirm cancellation. However, I was billed again the following month despite my account showing inactive. I messaged him a few times but no response. I doubt this review will prompt a response. The money has been claimed. On to the next subscriber.

Won't allow returns for no reason
Bought two sizes of cleats since I wasn't sure which would fit. Now they won't allow a return of one pair claiming the sale was final even though it's not stated as such anywhere on the site or on any receipt. Avoid purchasing from here.

Terrible service. Shoes came too small and they did not want to help me on the phone or at the physical store. I went all the way to their store and they didn’t help me, they made me ship them and pay for the shipping. Whole thing cost me over $30.

Purchased a pair of cleats from this company and the size was way off, shoes aid it was a 9, felt like an 8. I returned them with me paying shipping back and they did not care to refund me back for shipping. I contacted them and they stated they do not cover shipping due to cleat not meeting my expectations. Says only full refund if it was a defective item. Complete crock. I would not purchase from them again.

I kept their books for 8 years. They got themselves in trouble with cash flow by over-investing in the roof top soccer fields. So, they abandoned the retail operations, the creditor and investors and moved to the more lucrative soccer field rental operation. #SLICK

I bought a pair of cleats from u90soccer.com. The shoes turned out to be an entire size smaller than the tag shows, and they did not fit my feet. I emailed customer service about returning them, but never received a response.

Do not buy from this site. I just got my monchengladbach jersey and I just kept it because it got sent to about 10 cities and finally got to me and I didn’t want to go through the hell of sending it back. They mislead you with the pictures. I ordered from them because they had in the pictures the 120 year text under the badge and the monchengladbach on the butt of the shirt and other websites showed pictures without those things and the jersey was 40$ cheaper on those sites. I wanted the 120 year text and the monchengladbach on the back of the shirt so I paid way way over price to this site and they screwed me. They literally have pictures listed showing that those things I listed were going to be on the kit. Will never shop from again will never recommend to anyone. Unfortunately for Americans shops like these are our only option and they don’t take the game of football seriously. Do yourself a favor and just buy from the teams official site and not scam artists like this.

Don't trust their delivery dates
Don't trust their delivery dates. I paid extra to ensure that my item arrived before Christmas. It was supposed to arrive by no later than December 22. However, I received an email on December 21 stating it had just shipped and would arrive by December 30. When I contacted customer service, they refused to do anything and had a "too bad for you" attitude.

They don’t process orders in the order they were received
It is not true when they claimed they process orders in the order they were received. Ordered our team uniforms in late August and had been patiently waiting ever since because I understand there is a severe delay in materials and productions due to covid 19. Until I learned that a team mate who placed order in late September already got to pick up their uniforms and they were the exact same size and same clothes that i am missing and still waiting for. All I heard back from customer service is that they are working on my order but no one told me why other order was processed ahead of mine.

Do not buy your jersey from this site. I bought my jersey from this site, i was suppose to receive it with the UCL badge on it, but they forgot to put that on. I contacted there support, they refunded me for the badge. I wore the jersey twice then the paint started coming off. I again contacted the customer support, they told me to sent jersey back so the can inspect it, i did that they proceeded to tell me that after inspecting the jersey they did not find any paint coming off of it and that they can either sent me my jersey back the way it is or give me a gift car. If you want a non defective jersey buy it for another site more specialise in selling soccer jersey.

May 2019 - Nike Merlin EPL Match Ball $160MSRP
May 2019 - First time buyer. Ordered a Nike Merlin EPL match ball. These balls are $160 retail. Upper90 had this ball on clearance so I took a chance at it because of pricing. Ball delivered very quickly (gave this review its second star), but the ball is lopsided in places with bulges on three of the seams. The ball may not be a legit Nike ball. It wobbles a bit like a $20 ball you might find at a second-hand sports equipment store. Will not be using their store ever again.

I would not buy it again.I purchased Nike Youth Mercurial Superfly 6 Elite, cleats did not came with Nike’s original insoles. It came with inauthentic insoles that there is no branding marked anywhere. It looks cheap and absolutely not from Nike. I asked them to just replace with insoles only and they denied because branding possible rubbed being worn or Nike missed branding on one I got. What kind of insoles branding rubbed out for only used 2 games, I was really upset about their unbelievable excuses. It is very hard to believe that Nike missed branding especially “NIKEGRIP” is one of Nike’s selling point of their insoles that grips your feet inside of boot. Cleats that I got was on sale, I believe on their side replace with generic brand. I really disappointed with their action toward to the customer.

MY UPPER 90 GIROUD JERSEY PEELED AFTER WEARING ONCE, AND UPON CONTACTING THE COMPANY THEY AGREED TO REPLACE THE JERSEY! ON TOP OF THAT GIROUD WAS TRADED THE DAY I SENT IT BACK SO I ASKED FOR A NEW NAME AND THEY WERE MORE THAN HAPPY ACCOMODATING MY REQUEST

I've purchased several times from Upper 90 retail locations as well as their online site over the last couple years and my experience has always been exceptional.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They ship fast and the prices are almost always better than their competitors. Don't shop for soccer gear anywhere but Upper 90!
