Roca smart Toilet out of the box non functional
Roca Indonesia sold me a smartToilet. It was DOA. They installed and it didn’t. Switch on. The technicians left and told us they will be back in a few days. Leaving the sewage pipe open. The smell the next days was horrible. The seller doesn’t take responsibility Roca Indonesia delays replacing it. Highly advisable do not buy Roca products

We are sorry to learn about this issueCorrosion of seat pins is normally caused by cleaning products and inadequate maintenance especially when it comes to drying the hinge pins with soft cotton cloth after cleaning. We have recently moved into a new build property and there was an issue with the toilet seat. We contacted Roca Customer Services and Megann kindly organised a replacement which was with us in 2 days. Excellent service!

Toilet seat damaged in use
I contacted Roca regarding a toilet seat that was damaged in use shortly after installation. The wall mounted WBC’s seat had chipped when it touched the wall when being raised. I contacted Roca via their customer service form late one evening. The following day Megann contacted me for further details which I provided immediately. Within 24 hours Megann contacted me to say a replacement was in transit which I received within 3 Days. The measure of a great business is measured by their response and in this case was exceptional . Thank you Megann

We bought a new house 5 years ago and all the bathrooms had Roca products. I first contacted them just over a year ago when one of the toilets started to have a slight leak from where the seat attached. It was replaced using my NHBC. I had to contact them again earlier this week in regards to one toilet seat breaking, and another having a hairline crack in exactly the same place. The two new seats arrived today. Brilliant after sales service.

I contacted Roca customer services to report a problem regarding a toilet seat. My enquiry was dealt with by Megan who was helpful and courteous with regard to this issue. I was assured that a replacement item would arrive within 1 - 3 days via Fed Ex which it did.Despite the fault, which was disappointing, I am very happy with the service that was provided by customer services and with the speed by which the replacement was provided .

I discovered an issue with our Roca eco-bath fitted some 20 months ago and phoned the UK team to discuss a way forward. Had the pleasure of speaking with Megann (twice) who took a very understanding and professional approach to achieving a mutually agreeable solution. I have now fitted ROCA products into 2 houses and have always been impressed with their products - I can now, without hesitation, add a similar comment to the service provided by the company customer service team - thank you Megann from a very satisfied customer.

Really excellent customer service . When you email to ask about parts they respond swiftly and links tell you where you can purchase in your area- or of course use the item number given to search . Ive been in touch with this company a few times as seem to be rebuilding my old style roca loo and both Megann and Alice have been super helpful .Would recommend

Exceptional customer service
The customer service team, and Megann in particular, are incredibly helpful. I emailed them at a weekend to ask for help identifying a toilet so I could purchase a replacement seat and I had a reply with the appropriate Roca part number by Monday afternoon.Megann also helpfully provided guidance on how to remove the old seat so it was a simple and pain free process from start to finish.There aren't many companies whose customer service is excellent when you don't purchase from them directly. Roca supply via their resellers but that clearly doesn't stop them from providing exceptional customer service directly via email.I couldn't be happier with the service I received and it will most certainly ensure that I continue to remain a Roca customer for a long time to come - and that's all down to Megann!

Don't buy a toilet.
Their customer service team is excellent. Cabinets and sinks great. BUT do not buy a toilet. There must be a 100 different seats that change constantly. Trying to get the right replacement is a minefield and you will need one, because they are not great quality.
