I am a carrier/Transport company and revived check payment that bounced.. called ULTRA and they apologized and promised to mail another payment plus my bank fees for depositing a check with NO SUFFICIENT FUNDS,... well I did not receive s**t and their numbers are NO LONGER IN SERVICE.. nice scam motherf**kers.. karma is a bit**... I hope you loose your house and health..
Horrible.Their communication sucks.This is my 1st time shipping a car out of state and they did not make it any less stressful.I was given a 4-to 6 day window to pickup my car. The guy I bought the car from agreed to let it sit in his driveway for a few days until a truck came to pick it up. After repeated attempts and phone calls and emails and getting absolutely no answers as to when a truck would possibly get there to pick up the vehicle I finally got in touch with them and then they told me that they were unable to get a truck over there for the price that they quoted me. Can you believe that? They give you a price and then they say they can't get a driver to do the job for the price they quoted you! Or I would have to wait an additional couple of days and then possibly a driver would take the job and bring me my car. The other option they gave me was to pay extra on top of the $400 payment and then maybe they would get a driver. But still no definite answer as to when a driver would even if I ponied up another $100 or $200. Meanwhile my car is sitting up in Rhode Island and the guy selling me the car wants the car picked up. I cancelled with ultra Auto Transport. I immediately went online and found a different carrier ...NOT A BROKER SERVICE ...to give me a definitive timeline when a truck would show up. Now I was able to at least call the guy who sold me the car and tell him when a truck would show up. Ultra Auto you guys dropped the ball and lost my business. I will be sure to never use uShip or Ultra Auto Transport ever again. This is the worst most stressful and aggravating experience with the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with in my life. Never again I would never recommend you to any of my friends who buy cars.I honestly hope that my review has some impact and customers stop using you. You suck you are the worst. Horrible horrible horrible terrible.
I recently used Ultra Auto to complete my first state to state auto transport transaction. Their brokerage did a great job finding me a very clean, professional and reliable company that delivered my vehicle within two days. I would recommend and use Ultra again. Great job!
This was easily my worst customer experience. I was told three times that a driver was on the way when none showed. Then a random call from a driver who was going to arrive in 3 hours. No notifications from uShip or their website. The driver said he needed $500 cash or he would not release the car - even though I had paid in full via uShip. uShip farmed it out to another company who farmed it out to another company. Three levels. Like the telephone game. I lost the game.===I disagree with the uShip explanation. I paid uShip, they hired Ultra, and Ultra hired a carrier who employed a driver with incorrect information. Thus the children's game of telephone.
They arrived on time as scheduled and delivered on time as scheduled. Getting the truck loaded proved to be a little problematic for the driver, but he was able to overcome the issues.
Friendly and accommodating. The same driver who picked it up delivered it. I'll use them again without a doubt.
