Disgustedfor Black History I was to see that they had…

Disgusted I was to see that they had nothing for black history month after I have spent lots of money here disappointed I come back to celebrate black history month purchase gift for my father and nothing I will not shop here again. The body care products uncommonly but really cheap I bought a magnesium salt completely old smelling but I still tried to be positive but now this so I won’t return

Poor-quality products

Poor-quality products. and complete disregard for customer privacy. Despite repeated requests, this company ignores GDPR obligations and fails to respect basic data protection rights. Absolutely not recommended.

bad overall experience Missing parts,

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. My order arrived with missing parts, stains on the prep tub, and the wrong size sent. I reached out to the company and while they did apologize, they only offered a $10 refund on a $70 order that was incorrect and incomplete, which felt inadequate given the issues.I felt confident ordering because of the positive reviews, and while shipping took a while, I expected that and wasn’t concerned. However, the condition and accuracy of the order made this a bad overall experience.

I purchased one item from Uncommongoods…

I purchased one item from Uncommongoods and regretted it. The product was so-so, but the endless marketing and promotional emails are ridiculous. Have unsubscribed multiple times, have contacted customer service, and been told that I must have signed up with multiple email accounts. Not true. The company said I have been removed their marketing and promotional lists. But still they assault my inbox. Spam spam spam spam. Avoid.

I ordered 2 bottles of the bubbles for…

I ordered 2 bottles of the bubbles for dogs and the 4 bottle set of candy bubbles. I tried the dig bubbles on 6 dogs and none of them played with or tried to bite them. Daughter inlaw threw them away. None of my granchildren liked the candy bubbles. They were thrown out as well. Very expensive "fun" items that weren't used. I wasted money. Won't be ordering ANYTHING from your company again.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I had 2 issues with a large order and NEITHER where resolved. One item was missing pieces and I can not get a refund or replacement without returning the item that was sent as a Christmas gift. So, that $85 is gone. Secondly, they promise a price change refund and when I contacted them they shorted me $41 on the refund. They have neat stuff, but good luck resolving issues. 1-21-26 In response to the latest-I appreciate the help. I've spoken to someone already about a replacement. Since these are out of stock I will be waiting, with hopeful reservation, to see if I get it in a few months. While I am glad this is at least partially resolved, the fact remains that your company's approach to customer service is not on par with the quality and prices of the items you sell. Since my email reaches a different set of eyes each time I respond, there is an inherent lack of accountability for each individual to see a problem through to a resolution.  While I do love your products and, again, I appreciate your help, the fact remains that I feel a resolution to my issues should have been much less frustrating.

Very delayed shipping, no good response

I ordered a gift for a friend in the Midwest on December 17, for delivery by December 24. It is now scheduled for January 2, so it didn't arrive by Christmas and my friend has left for two months. Uncommon Goods refunded shipping, but won't refund for the order or waive shipping fees for a replacement. Customer service is pretty unyielding. If I don't get a good outcome, I won't be ordering from them again although I like their products.

I ordered Dec 9th with a promise of delivery by Dec 21 at the latest. Its Dec 24 and nothing. Cant reach anyone and the UniUni delivery service is worthless.NEVER again.Dec 30Response to uncommon goods.My husband ordered, Bob Prochaska. We sent an email on Dec 24 and uncommon sent us one bsck Dec 26. He called the cust service # in the email on Dec 26. They admitted it was lost and we choose to have another resent. We did receive another email but it had no way to track the 2nd item. As of Dec 30 we have no idea if/when it is supposed to arrive.

Same printing mistake repeated twice, no gift to give

I ordered a very expensive, customized sports book from them. When it arrived, the customization was cut off and only partially printed. I immediately contact them for a refund, and they convinced me to let them reprint it. We had a couple of weeks to Christmas, so I agreed that I would wait for another if it arrived by the 18th. Of course, it did not arrive by the 18th, and when it did arrive two days late, the EXACT SAME PRINTING ERROR was on the book. It was a repeat of the first problem. Unbelievable, so I'm out a Christmas gift, at least a couple of hours worth of time going back and forth with customer service, and I'm tremendously disappointed. Will be my last Uncommon Goods order for sure.

Still awaiting dispatch, was expected days ago

I was excited to see some quite good gift ideas on the website but after ordering something it seems no progress has been made in the shipping I'm still hoping it arrives before Christmas but I don't have much faith unfortunately even with the expedited shipping which costed twice the amount.

Excuses, lies and no accountability

Made an order and had two day shipping. Order never arrived and when I contacted customer service about a tracking number which was never emailed to me they immediately made a UPS label on the spot and tried to pass it off that “UPS often doesn’t scan their packages this time of year” excuse. Turns out they took my money, took my expedited shipment money and are now sending it snail mail and I even payed to have shipping protection which states If something happens to the order Uncommon Goods will expedite my shipment. Bad customer service, bad business practices. Should have just ordered through Amazon. Never again.

No problem with Uncommon Goods or their products. I have a problem with OnTrac who they contract delivery with. Packages not delivered to the house, left outside in the dirt. Won’t buy from Uncommon Goods until they change their delivery service.

Selling Sold Out Items

I put in my order over a week ago and was told I will recieve it today. When I didn't have a shipping tracking number I reached out to the customer service and was told that one item I ordered is back ordered and won't be recieved for another month, and the second one is completely sold out. In the meantime I recieved no updates other than my order confirmation. They are selling items that are not available and do not notify the customer. Do not spend your money here!

First time buyer - and probably last time too

Was very sad to receive a broken mug. The box was damaged and bulging, the tape being pulled tightly and barely holding onto one of the carboard flaps. It was clear upon opening the box they they shoved the items into it; they should have tried a different box. The mug's handle was completely broken off and in two pieces. The top of the mug was broken off as well. This was handled carelessly, poor quality of packaging and shipping. As a first time customer, this was very disappointing and questions whether I would order from Uncommon Goods again :(

Excellent Customer Service

A delivery driver left my order out in the rain instead of delivering to the appropriate package room, thereby ruining my item. I called Uncommon Goods at 8:04 pm ET, and despite the late hour, a customer service representative rectified my grievance within a matter of 5 minutes.

What solidifies my trust in Uncommon…

What solidifies my trust in Uncommon Goods is how they stand behind their products. Any time I've had an issue, they have responded promptly and resolved it fairly, often with a replacement. This excellent service is why I've been a loyal customer for many years and highly recommend them.

Placed an order and couldn't change it 2 hours later. This was on a Sunday...like they had really shipped it already?? I forgot to add a birthstone so the present is ruined.
