I love a lot of the items on their site, but my favorite is the Till Death Do Us Part ring. I ended up buying it in 4 different sizes so I could wear them as I lose weight. It is true to size and I love the coloring. The gems have stayed in well. I am a little rough with ny hands and I wear it night and day except when showering. Holds up great. Hope to get more of their stuff from that collection at some point. The last order I placed, they were able to help me quickly with a site glitch and got my order placed quickly. Shipped fast as well. ♡

This is my 2nd time purchasing rings from this company. The last ring I bought lasted 8yrs before I noticed a stone was missing. Both times I’ve made my purchase the company has remained in constant contact via email until I verified the item was delivered, and there were no issues with the ring or its fit.I did have to pay an import tax the second time I bought a ring, but I blame Trump for that one. I think they have some of the coolest designs in the web, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

REVISION: after publishing reviews on 3 websites the business contacted me and offered me a refund for the gift boxes I purchased to substitute for those they'd not included in my order. They claim to have modified their policy which was to not necessarily include the number & types of gift boxes matching products ordered for environmental reasons. Their policy should be further modified to give customers exactly what they order. I'll increase their rating, but it shouldn't take negative reviews to appropriately respond to a customer's legitimate issue. Judging from other reviews here, they've got a ways to go. Below is the story ~I ordered 3 necklaces to give to friends for a special occasion. They're beautiful, BUT they sent only two gift boxes and they were RING boxes. In the photos on the website it clearly shows the gift box that would be provided and what I received wasn't that. Also, the photos of the chain didn't match what I received. I immediately called and emailed them, but they'd gone ON HOLIDAY for a week and weren't responding until after the event. They did respond to me and sent me a 10% off coupon, but that didn't save me from having to buy gift boxes last-minute. Their response was as follows: "To be more environmentally friendly, we usually match a gift box for one package. For the next shopping, if one gift box for one item is needed, please let us know immediately after placing the order, and we'll try to match each item with a gift box." I'm all for the environment, but I want what I ORDERED, not what you feel is good for the environment. It's too bad, the necklaces are very pretty and the jewelry very unique; I would have shopped with them again if not for this.

Black band with a diamond (my fiancée LOVES black jewelry) she wore the ring for less than 1 week and half the black has been worn off! . I reached out to them for any help and they called it “wear and tear” and also said “people appreciate the vintage look” again, we’re talking less than a week and she took it off even to shower. They have ruined one of the most beautiful moments of my life. I hope this company goes bankrupt

Wearing the ring for less than a year (12-5-2022, I was disheartened when the flower atop it fell off. This unexpected incident, along with the ring's unsatisfactory durability, left me disappointed. Despite a 15% discount offered as a gesture, which failed to compensate for the loss, doubts lingered about the ring's quality and longevity. The abrupt halt in communication from customer service post-offering the discount added to the frustration. The ring's short lifespan, coupled with the inadequate 3-month warranty, compounded these concerns. Good luck buying this ring. It may not last long.

I received the items, 2 necklaces, as ordered. Upon examination both were of poor quality made of cheap materials. Not only was I dissatisfied with the quality of the materials but the workmanship on the locket was poor. The 2 halves of the locket didn't align and the "engraving" was only laser printing.Upon requesting a return for refund I was told the poor quality of the locket was not a reason for it's return and no refund would be issued despite their 30 day refund policy.

EXPENSIVE COSTUME JEWELRY!The expensive rose gold wore off after a few months. I am now left with an ugly dull ring I paid way too much for. I am still wearing the ugly thing can't afford to replace it. It was so pretty at first. It would be better if there was no rose gold to begin with. Now it is a very dull color. Not worth it. The calender won't go back far enough. I got it as a gift on February 14 2019. Not even a year later it was dull. I have pics as proof but there is no where to post them. Don't waste money here.
