Ordered 16 Vapes at a 106$ order.got them in aug21st. Some were fine but I now have 6 that won't produce anything.thry are either old and dried up or just old.called and was told to send email.indid .was told I should have contacted them sooner.how does one know if a vape works till they use it.there is no way anyone can smoke 16 in 1 month. I'm contacting the BBB and attorney general on monday.i just want the replacement not money. Told them I was contacting the BBB but no response.i now have 8 people who are also going to contact the BBB on Monday.something has to be done about getting screwed over with this company.

I just got scammed by Vaporider. They never sent my order and never replied to my emails. They took 79$ from me and haven't refunded me. I'm so disappointed. It was supposed to be a gift for my friend and now I have no money left to repurchase from another site.

It was my first time ordering from Vapo Rider and I had a generally positive experience. I ordered a three pack of drip tip replacements for my tank. The price was reasonable and my order came In a reasonable time.I was searching online for a vape store to order from and VapoRider was the only one with an actual address and phone number( based in Texas).I would definitely order from them again.

I bought 8 vapes from here, 6 were defective. They don’t have a phone number you can call, and never responded to my email. Don’t use this vendor, counterfeit vapes.

Don’t use these guys, ordered and when my package got out of the USA it just disappeared I contact vaporider they said they can’t see anything and to contact usps but you can’t even contact that company don’t order from these people comple scam

Never do business again
Never do business again. Ordered 5 boxes of coils that were shown in stock from them and they sent me a different coils then I ordered. When I contacted them as soon as I received items they told me they were out of stock and could send me a return shipping label and refund my money.I returned the coils then they processed a refund a week later but charged me $10.70 for shipping. Why should I have to pay a penny when they took it upon themselves to send me an alternative product that is useless to me without my consent. They will just fill your order with what ever they think will work once they have your money.

The waiting game
I put in an order Jan 12. End of January I contacted the company. They told me I need to wait 30-45 days for my order. When I check the tracking number it's still sitting at USPS, but USPS says its waiting for a new tracking number. What a scam!! Never buy from them again. I disputed the charge.

They don't tell you when the juice you've ordered is out of stock.Shipping is now slow. And they do not respond to emails. I have been sent the wrong juice twice. Bad business ethics.

Sold me 7 misfiring vapes in a row. Their stuff leaks and doesn't charge half the time. Don't trust this company. I contacted email with no response, contacted phone number and was transferred between people unprofessionally. If full order is not refunded then I will file a complaint with BBB and also dispute it with my bank.

This site sucks big time! There is no customer service by phone or email and they lie about prices and shipping costs! They claim free shipping with 75$ orders Nope! Free shipping with 89$ orders, nope! They just keep saying add more items to your cart to qualify!The amount of money I spend on orders I should at least get free shipping ESPECIALLY with their high prices and the scam 8$ or 12$ signatures fees they charge! Yes they are a scam bcuz I've had to pay those fees before and BOTH times the package is just put in the mailbox! DIRECT VAPOR has all the stuff they do much cheaper and with out the scams! Always some one to answer their phones and help you. I shop there now.

Management will not acknowledge requests for correct replacement for incorrect order
I recently ordered six packs of coils and a bottle of juice they got the bottle of juice wrong I sent them pictures photos of the receipt pictures of the packaging after I just opened it about a week ago and they still have not got back to me. I would not recommend doing business with this company. You know the old adage screw me once... Screw me twice..... That one's on me.Update finally got the correct juice but it wasn't easy

Horrible experince
Horrible experince. Ordered juice when I was out of town for work. When the juice came, it tasted like rubbing alcohol. After almost a week of waiting for replies and customer service arguing with me, they sent a replacement to the address I was working at, which is hours from my house and I am unable to get the package. They refuse to correct the order and send it to the right address. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! The worst customer service and product ever.

Package was expected Jan 25th. As of today Feb 10th still no package. Ive written vaporider 3 times and they can't even be bothered to respond. Nonexistent customer service.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered on a Tuesday with 1 day shipping but according to the tracking number it will not arrive until Monday. Contacted VapoRider via email because they don’t have a phone number posted on their website and was basically told tough luck and to contact USPS. Emails back and forth for a bit because while I do understand that shipping issues happen I did not find this type of response acceptable. Last email I received from them was in all caps. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

I bought a tank a month ago and saw…
I bought a tank a month ago and saw that it was bent, i thought it was made this way. Well i was a little frustrated that we had so many back and forth emails but who wouldn't be after buying a new tank and it being defective. Vaporider took care of my issue and is replacing my item. Excellent customer service and i will be doing business with them again in the near future. Thank you Vaporider.
