It's been over 2 years since I hired Vercy and not only did they charge me with promises of reducing what I owed the IRS, but they caused more damage and more penalties! Not only did I hire them to reduce what I owed the IRS, I hired them to do my taxes. Another huge mistake!After losing trust in Vercy I asked for an email stating that they did file extensions on both my business and personal taxes. John Wengel sent me an email stating that it had been done. But not long after that, I received a notice that I was being penalized by the IRS $3800.00 for not filing the extension on time. I was told to pay it and they would file an abatement that could take over a year to find out if it worked and I would receive my 3800.00 back! Or not!I have had half a dozen case managers work on my file and only the last one is still working there. Except the self-proclaimed boss Mr Christopher Bell who contacted me and said they needed an additional $20,502.00 to continue working on my file!They have not saved me one penny in debt with the IRS.I would like a refund of all the money paid plus the penalty they caused minus the fee for doing my taxes.They have another office in Tustin.DO NOT TRUST THIS UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!They need to change their name to Vercy Tax Pain. I would give them a minus 10 if I could.
