Have just had my first experience of ordering from Victoria Health.It's a friends birthday the first week in January and I ordered her present on Boxing Day evening (Friday) thinking it would take a while to come due to it been the holiday period but it arrived early Sunday morning, less than 48 hours after ordering.I'd never heard of the company before now but will certainly be using them again

Had a delivery issue that was quickly addressed. My first order had a delivery issue, and contacting the team on Whatsapp was easy and the reply was quick! The products reached me very quickly as well, with a very interesting read included. Thank you :)

I bought something from Victoria Health but when it arrived I was not 100% certain it was what my health practitioner had said I needed. I phoned Victoria health and explained the issue to them, they arranged for their pharmacist to phone me back. We went through it, turns out not only was it not what I should have bought but they did not sell what I needed. So I sent it back and got an immediate refund. Cannot ask for more than that. Great service and very helpful even when they didn't stock what I need. thanks folks

Trustworthy company
Fantastic company with a wide range of products. Super quick delivery. I’ve been buying supplements and beauty products from VH for a while now and will continue. It’s not an easy task to find a company that you trust and want to continue buying from and VH is one of those rare companies for me. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant company
Absolutely brilliant company, I have been buying the life Mel honey as my wife is going through chemotherapy. The life Mel honey helps to keep her white blood cell count level and therefore not missing any treatment. This company is very compassionate and sends the great products very fast.

Took my money knowing out of stock
Ordered osteo support today. Received an email this afternoon saying out of stock, delivery within 7 days, with Christmas that's going to be 2 weeks. I replied immediately and asked for a refund. Email ignored. They are still selling and taking payment. Feel I have been scammed. Just want a refund. First time using this company, taken my money knowing they don't have stock. Is this company legit?

I cannot rate VH highly enough. Their customer service is outstanding.. emails always responded to and dealt with quickly and efficiently. Their deserved reputation is built on loyalty and trust with personal recommendations if required. The weekly newsletter is so informative covering both supplements and skincare.. absolutely one of THE BEST companies out there!

I have been using VH since 2020
I have been using VH since 2020, they are brilliant. I receive their weekly newsletter, which is always informative and entertaining. Great customer service and I trust their products. I recently ordered new products on the basis that if VH stock them, they must be good. I would always return to VH, wouldn't use any other company.

I read the reviews before i ordered, I wasn’t sure if to order or not due to what I was reading. But I wanted the shampoo 😂 so I ordered it, got free postage and delivered next day by Royal Mail!! I think that deserved a good review for people like myself that aren’t sure. Would order from them again

This is a review for Dose by VH which…
This is a review for Dose by VH which has replaced Garden of wisdom in Victoria health skincare products. So I bought used and loved GOW Alpha Arbutin 2% and Kojic Acid 1% Serum, My acne scars were vanishing and my skin tone was getting bright and even. I'd only bought it 2 months ago but the changes were outstanding and I loved that the formula was simple. So, even before I finished it I was preparing to buy another when I saw it had a new name and packaging...Dose by VH, this made me weary because it was already perfect but after having a quick read through it looked like it had the same formulation but just different packaging. So, I bought it and when my GOW serum finished I started to use the DOSE BY VH Alpha Arbutin 2% and Kojic Acid 1% Serum, within a day I had these little tiny closed comodons popping up in places I never break out; like my mouth and the sides of my nose...I was so confused. My acne has been in control for a year and normally when I break out it's my cheeks and jaw affected and the type of acne are cystic pimples and white heads. These mini closed spots was new to me. I continued using the serum thinking it would help the new hyperpigmentation I was getting from theses random spots but I kept getting them for the 2 weeks i was using it. I decided to take a new look at my products starting with this serum and I saw the formula isn't the same! They added Lactobacillus Ferment as the second ingredient! I researched this ingredient and found out it barely has any studies and the studies it does have were done by Estee lauder...and it has nothing to do with skin brightening. Two studies suggest it might help with acne, might! I also found out that some people have Ferment sensitivity...meaning they are sensitive to fermented products and can break out from them. Also people who are prone to fungal acne can be affected by fermented products. This is what happened to me. I'm so upset about this. My hyperpigmitation is worse because of the reaction this product gave me. I can't use a whole lot of product because I'm acne prone and skin sensitive the GOW version was perfect and now I will never be able to get it again. Looking at a few other Dose by VH it seems that this ingredient has been added to other products. I wish they mentioned it in the product information on the website then I wouldn't have bought it and my skin could have still been as clear as it was.

I urgently need an appointment, the doctors may be special and attentive to their patients, but the switchboards leave a little to be desired. An hour on the phone trying to talk to someone. the recorded voice told me that I was the first on the list, they answered me after 45 minutes of waiting

A great one stop shop
There’s an amazing range of supplements, skin products and all sorts of other things on VH website.Products are explained really well, and there’s a weekly newsletter, which of course is a way of selling, but it’s really well written and feels personal, and it’s a good guide if you’re suffering from any of the conditions under discussion. Orders are dispatched immediately, sometimes they arrive the following day. I have nothing but praise for this interesting and efficient company.
