Product support was not helpful at all. I had to reach out to the carrier a number of times to understand the delay with my package that I never received due to incorrect address provided to carrier by Vivino. Restricted delivery options by only offering adult signature instead of leaving at a UPS location or having a neighbor sign for package which Vivino support said was an option but actually was not. They told me to call UPS carrier because they didn’t have contact information for UPS. It’s sad because there’s a public customer service number. Also, I had no authorization to make changes to delivery because Vivino was the sender and could only make those changes according to UPS.

Vivino is ok and supportive DPD nightmarish
Vivino is ok and supportive. But DPD is a nightmare. Every time they are in charge of delivery, it ends up at the pick up shop although everybody is at home. Vivino helps to identify the shop but if the tracking does not work then it is too late to get the parcel. Annoying

My order for the Raymond R Collection Cabernet Sauvignon, was replaced with the Raymond R Collection Field Blend.I genuinely regret accidentally deleting the Vivino application, as this has unfortunately prevented me from independently accessing my past order history to corroborate my recollection. The Chatbox they offer to communicate with is worthless. The corporate headquarters address listed is invalid. I was told after visiting the address, they relocated over 3 years with no forwarding address. All in all, they are misleading. I will never order from Vivino again.

First time using the service and…
First time using the service and probably the last. I ordered 18 bottles of wine roughly £33 a bottle for a party to arrive the following week. With no communication the order never arrived and was then delayed a further 6 days. When said wine arrived it was 9 bottles short. I have spent the last 7 days chasing and talking to the automated Bot chat. After many frustrating texts back and forth I am now getting a partial refund with no explanation on what and why the delivery was short. bot. This now will take a week to return my money. As a token gesture they offered a £40 credit. Not sure I’m going to use it. Not happy.
