Brilliant service!
I don’t normally leave reviews but just had to leave a review for this company! I ordered a T-shirt for beavers as my son is taking part in the remembrance parade on Sunday. It was yesterday morning so very last minute on my part (oops)! A lovely chap phoned me to say that they’d do their best to send it straight away but couldn’t 100% guarantee Royal Mail would deliver the following day. He also followed up with an email as soon as it was sent and it did infact arrive this morning! So pleased with how fast they were and also their communication! If I could give more than 5* I would! Highly recommend! Will definitely use them again :)

This truly is a customer focused company. Their prices are very competitive.Any problems I had with products like wrong sizes or minor quality issues were dealt with fast and efficiently, and Stuart, Jamie and Dave went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. All other retailers should take note-This is how you do it.Great blokes, great company.

Fantastic company to deal with . The whole process from contacting them regarding size of jacket to ordering online and delivery was first class . Also by dealing direct with the company the jacket was £50 cheaper than on Amazon…what’s not to love ?Good to support this great company and its employees .

my first contact with WalkOutdoors was ordering a rain jacket that turned out to be too large. i contacted them regarding a return, that all went smoothly and they were very helpful. soon enough i had a replacement that was the perfect size. top marks for kit, prices and Customer Service.

Great experience from a small business that clearly places a very high priority on customer service. Important businesses like this are supported so they survive. Large multiples could learn some valuable lessons from great businesses like this.

Fantastic quality boots, excellent value and great customer service
I needed to replace my well-worn Zamberlans and found a pair of Scarpa hiking boots at Walkoutdoors. Fantastic quality at an amazing price - really impressed. The delivery took slightly longer than I'd hoped but customer service went out of their way to help and even refunded the delivery fee. Can't wait to take my new boots out for a spin!

Easy and competitive price
I ordered a pair of leather Scarpa boots to replace a gortex pair. The purchase was easy and a new pair of boots arrived a couple of days later. Mint and unused. There was a sale price too. I am happy to recommend - I would shop here again.

Grate service
Grate service. Ordered a pair of boots that were £40 less than what cotswold were selling them, not to mention I sent the pair from cotswold back because they looked used, not just tried on but used. Got the scarpa trek gtx from hear and couldn't be happier with them. Would defo recommend and will use this site again.

Awesome family outing ideas
Last month went camping at their site with my two kids aged 8 and 12 who have had very little out of doors experience having grown up in the city and they thoroughly enjoyed their experience. I found the staff to be quite competitive and efficient in resolving whatever issues i had. Will surely try to book with them again the next time I can get my kids to agree to roughing it out for the weekend.
