Worked well until it didn't

Worked well until it didn't. The ceramic filter of Bio 500 grew algae in spite of religious cleaning. Customer service refuses to replace and denied the lifetime warranty by giving the reason that this isn't covered. Very disappointed after paying through the nose for what could've been a great product.

Go Elsewhere! Customer Service Nightmare

Honestly, their customer service is woeful to the point of infuriation. There’s no phone number, the responses read like bots, when you FINALLY get a human response (after literally weeks or requesting replies and more information on your order!) they take zero accountability and essentially point the finger back. I 100% wish I had gone with a different company. On top of the unprofessional, frustrating lack of communication, within the first three weeks of setting up, it has leaked all across our bench and subsequently into drawers below. I have sent ANOTHER email (as it’s their only point of contact), with no response now in five days. Never again, and trust me: just go elsewhere. It’s not worth the headache and tbh feels like a complete scam.

Very happy customer

There were a few problems with my order. I was stressed to start with. Once I heard from the lovely Katrina from head office, She took care of everything. The communication and service was outstanding. I received my filter today and could not be happier.

Disappointing service but water is lovely

Edited to add that I did get a few emails from Waters and one that confirmed an estimated date. I’ve finally received the filter and after an evening of assembling, I can confirm the water is lovely. Purchased a 10l bench top filter on 24th June. I knew there was a wait until 31st July and I accepted. I spoke to an agent on chat to confirm the item would be ready on the estimated date. The MD emailed toward the end of July to say the items were expected in stock on the 31:5. All good. We’re now at the 8th Aug and still no dispatch notice. I emailed to chase- no reply. I went on chat. They didn’t know but passed my enquiry on. I rec’d an email the next day saying the stock is in, they are unpacking it and I’ll get it soon. Two days later and no dispatch notice. I don’t know how soon is? No estimated date given. My friend ordered the same item on the 17th June and she can’t get hold of the company despite emailing numerous times. This doesn’t bode well for me if her order hasn’t been dispatched yet and she ordered a week earlier than me. With all the marketing they are doing on FB you’d think they’d get extra staff in to cover this busy period and fulfil orders. Very disappointing.
