Awful
This has been one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve ever had with a business. They messed up our order, had incorrect information on their website, and couldn’t care less about fixing either. Every interaction was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful — like they were doing us a favor just by responding. The staff talk down to customers and act like you’re the problem for asking basic questions. To top it off, nothing came with an owner’s manual, and when we asked about it, we got attitude instead of answers. It’s clear customer service isn’t a priority here — just arrogance and excuses. We spent thousands of dollars with them, received the wrong products and they will take no accountability. Shop elsewhere.
