THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

We’ve been a long-time customer of Wrike, and unfortunately both the renewal process and the decline in customer support have been incredibly disappointing.Wrike used to offer phone and Zoom support. Now support is primarily handled via email tickets, which has significantly slowed down resolution times. As a U.S.-based company, it’s also frustrating that support appears to be largely overseas, creating time zone delays when issues arise during our business hours. When your entire team is operating inside a platform daily, timely and accessible support isn’t optional — it’s critical.Beyond that, the renewal process has been rigid and transactional. As a small business and long-standing customer, we expected some level of flexibility or goodwill. Instead, there was no meaningful accommodation or courtesy adjustment — just a “renew as-is” stance. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!We will be leaving the platform in 2026.

This is manageable

This is manageable, offering smooth coordination for teams. It's AI features and flexible setup support organized project work, though the support team sometimes takes a while to respond.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID!

So far, not so good. This company clearly doesn’t like dealing with customers. 😂 Feels impossible to actually speak to someone. Upon signing up, you immediately receive email spam. The free trial is too short to actually explore the environment if you’re a busy professional and when I asked for an extension, they said they extended it but the features were all gone. I don’t appreciate the AI chat bot that is utterly useless and an email form that has no option to add comments. Feels as though they have put a tech wall between clients and sales that frankly leaves a terrible first impression for anyone wanting to invest in the platform. Needs some serious work in this area. The only reason why I’m pursuing is because no other option. Otherwise, would happily go to any one of their better competitors.

Test account was great, paid plan was a complete disaster

after switching to the paid program, I lost most of the functionalities that I inteded to use - although this was NOT indicated on the website! After contact with support, I could not even upgrade to a more expensive plan, as it was not available for only 2 people. I had issues with uploading and dowloading images and videos (what was exactly my intention of use of wrike) and custumor support was not able to solve this, even after repeated contact.Ask to cancel my subscription, but was charged a year after anyway without any prior notice, but charged directly on to my creditcard. Customer support is useless. Trial account works great, but once you paid the entire tool is shit. Severly requested (very basic) functionalities by users are not even developed, essential functionalities do not work. It is complete garbage.

Wrike has helped us go from multiple forms of project management to one source of truth. Our experience has helped us to keep a near real time updates and progress of all our project portfolio, from simple to very complex projects. We have created a standard workflow to help us reduce the waste of creating projects manually.

First and foremost, we needed a project management system, and Wrike did the trick. Once we realized the power we held, it exploded in our department and across the organization. We have dedicated team members who are constantly improving efficiencies with Wrike automation and workflows. If I could be a Wrike sponsor, sign me up!

Excellent software with enough versality but too much so it does not get unmanageable.A nice addition would be the hability to use dynamic fields.

Intuitive Project Management

Wrike is the most intuitive project management tool I've used in 20+ years of marketing communications. It's a bonus to have deep experience in project management, but even our newest employees are able to benefit from using the tool. The biggest downside is convincing people who've had negative experinces with other PM tools that Wrike isn't like the others.

Wrike is Versatile and Listens!

I first started using Wrike over 4 years ago and at first was a little overwhelmed by the onboarding. Since then I have come to appreciate the robust tools and versatility of the system. You can make your processes as simple or as detailed as you wish, but don't miss out on all of the ways you can automate your workflow and workload. One of the things I appreciate is the weekly updates that continually evolve the tools. These keep me abreast of the changes and build on great ideas. There are a few things I wish would be addressed, but workarounds have helped find a middle ground until they get them on the product roadmap. I do feel heard in their product feedback forums, though, when I see a feature that I've wished for get added.

Customizable scheduling software

I love how Wrike can be tailored to meet the needs of my company. By using automations, custom workflows, and custom item types, we are able to have Wrike do the hard work for us. While this does result in more setup time initially, it works great! There is still a few key functions like task reminders that I wish were a part of the software. We have also been loving the calendars and workload charts to show accurate pictures of how busy our schedule is.

I'd like to give Wrike 1,000 stars! We've been using Wrike since 2018, and have scaled to over 2500 people across our organization. As we scaled, our needs for moving toward enterprise licensing was incredibly important to ensure we had the features that each team needed to be successful. We've adopted a Wrike-first mindset, which means if it isn't in Wrike it doesn't exist. When your team is on the same page as you - everything becomes crystal clear and transparent. Wrike's customer success teams, sales teams, community teams, support teams, and product teams are Second to NONE. They love their customers - they consider us (ALL their clients) their partners, and our thoughts and needs to be of the upmost priority. It's about a relationship more than providing a service. They have done this consistently for the 8+ years I've engaged with them. Outstanding.

Streamlined Process

Wrike has allowed me to track my projects in a whole new way! With its seamless process I can jump in and update my project in real time with my project team. I can see where everyone else is on their project and we can look at all of our open and pending requests. Wrike has streamlined all of my projects and I don't think I can ever go back!

Wrike is easy to navigate

Wrike is easy to navigate, has good collaboration capabilities as well as many AI tools to streamline processes. This work management tool allows a lot of customization which helps with project tracking and reporting. There are some issues with the support responsiveness.

Wrike and Wrike Integrate have been crucial for our team in creating efficiencies and managing our tasks and projects. The smart Gantt charts have helped us communicate better timelines for our clients.
