They sent invoice many days before the moving date. A red flag. I did not pay. I had moved 2 years earlier with same stuff and that time it took another company 2 hours. Now to zeromax it took 4 hours for the same stuff to be moved to the previous address! In moving they dropped electric oil radiator that never worked after it, 1400 kr lost. They also broke Ikea lamp and a bag full of photography flashlights. The last one I saw happening in front of my eyes. I sent them a picture of the completely broken bag, they still denied that it happened and refused to lower price. I kept my head and only paid 70% of their invoice, never heard from them since. Stay away from this company if you don't want have your stuff broken and lied about it!
Everyone was so professional from the price quotes to the actual move. They answered all emails with a quick response and made my move easy.
They arrived a little earlier than the expected time they were pleasant they used care when wrapping up my furniture the rate was good and the storage rate was the best price around so far they get an A+ we will see what happens when they return my property. For now i would use them again and recommend them as well
A great team of very pleasant, strong and professional movers. Vepko and Zuro were very polite and efficient. I highly recommend this company, they were in time and very careful with our belongings!
They were fast in giving the quotes and whatever inquiry, or request that came up during the booking period, and the price was very reasonable. A shout-out to Ron for his patience in my multiple inquiries and requests. The actual mover's team was great - I heard great praise for them from our point of contact who accompanied them to the different stops and to the destination. Thank you! and Kudos!
The two gentleman that moved my belongings arrived on time, were friendly and respectful, wrapped and handled everything carefully, and delivered it without incident. I highly recommend ZeroMax movers.

Alex, in the head office, is a pleasure to work with. With their pricing for the complete move, you do not have to worry about how long it takes to move your belongings. This eliminates the stress and anxiety of being charged hourly, which is common with other moving companies. They ensure that there are no surprises by clearly stating on all communications that any additional items will be charged. Zero Max took great care in moving my belongings. They are thorough, ensuring that everything is accounted for. I liked their positive attitude throughout the entire moving process. Alex, one of the movers from my recent move, was cooperative, making the move a smooth and as stress-free as possible. (moving itself is stressful, no matter what). They arrived punctually and worked efficiently to get the job done.I have referred Zero Max to several of my friends who have been pleased with their services. They have gone on to recommend Zero Max to their friends. I will definitely use them again.

Great experience. Way smoother than expected. The two movers were quick, communicative and to the point. I wasn't present at the destination but the movers delivered everything and set it all up as instructed as if I was there. Will definitely be in touch for my next NYC move.
