Webs and I have gone back many years of wonderful service and a growing list of natural fibers. I also purchased 2 spinning wheels, 2 floor looms and knitting tools for the quality. When I experienced a recent shipping disaster the support team at Webs did all to resolve the issue. There’s a reason to put trust in a company that actually acts on your concerns. I will always pick Webs first for their selection of natural yarns !

As others have commented, I have MARIA to thank for outstanding customer service. My package was lost/destroyed in the US postal service as displayed on the tracking, and she was wonderful in getting it replaced promptly, AND following up to ensure I had what I needed. Ordered a circular knitting needle that arrived quickly. However, it broke the first time I used it. Just counted it as lost, but then got a review request. When I posted about the broken needle, I got an immediate response. I supplied a picture and got a refund within 24 hours. Very good customer service.

I ordered two skeins of yarn, a small order, and submitted a question about tracking. Though the response was delayed, the earnest and genuine message more than made up for any minor inconvenience. This is a team that clearly wants to do everything possible to get it right. In this age of AI generated responses, it’s wonderful to have real, competent, and caring individuals serving customers. I accidently ordered the wrong type of knitting needle and asked to cancel my order within minutes of placing that order. WEBS customer service staff handled my request very quickly and continued to oversee my request until the PayPal refund was in my bank account.Will definitely be a WEBS customer for life after this excellent customer service.

Great customer service is hard to find…
Great customer service is hard to find nowadays. But I found it...it's at WEBS. I made a silly mistake when ordering, contacted them immediately and asked if they fix it. They couldn't fix it the way I asked for, but told me how they could do it and I got what I wanted . And response time was very fast.

Cannot get through to customer service.... UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
I've been trying to get a hold of customer service since Friday with no response or call back! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I'm a first time customer & placed an order on Wednesday 1/28. I paid $26.99 for 2 day shipping, expecting my order to arrive on Friday, 1/30. However, my order is not going to arrive until Monday, 2/2. Why did I pay $26.99 for 2 day shipping if my order wasn't going to arrive until 5 days later???? Again, I've sent multiple emails & left voice mails with NO RESPONSE. I do not recommend spending your money at WEBS/yarn.com.

WEBS made it right
I've bought yarn from WEBS for the past 20 years or so and never had a problem. Last fall, I finished knitting an intricately patterned sweater using several colors of one of WEBS' Valley Yarns (which has since been discontinued). The sweater was spoiled by a color that bled. I contacted their customer service once a month over the next four months. My emails weren't always answered promptly, but the people with whom I spoke on the phone were unfailingly pleasant, polite, and helpful. Ultimately, WEBS proposed a fair resolution of the problem, and I am happy to continue purchasing yarn and other supplies from WEBS!

Long delay in shipping in-stock items
A week after my order, it still had not shipped. No updates, no reason. My emails to the company went ignored. Coming up on TWO weeks after my order, I said I would report them to the CPB et al. If you take someone's money, fail to deliver the product and fail to respond to multiple communications asking why, then they are not that great at all. Two weeks for a simple in-stock order is nuts these days. It caused me to cancel a knitting lesson I was hosting at my home. All I was looking for was a little communication. They should be able to handle that

ZERO satisfaction on their shipping…
ZERO satisfaction on their shipping error.I ordered 8 skeins of color x; they shipped 7 skeins and a random skein. I contacted them, waited 3 days, called their phone number and was asked to leave my email, sent another email, waited a week or so and sent another email. All in all, 2 weeks have gone by and my matter is unresolved. I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card billl as I can't get their attention.

Recently, one of my shipments did not arrive. I contacted the Customer Service Department. They went above and beyond to make certain that I received a refund. I have shopped at Webs for years. I will continue to do so for many more years. Also, my grand daughter taught herself to crochet. I have shared the website with her. She was really excited today because of the “Paintbox Yarns” sale. Quality Issues
Recently I bought a sweater’s quantity of Valley Superwash Yarn. The colors are beautiful, but there are too many quality issues. Each ball of yarn has inconsistent strand thickness and many are mostly scraps of yarn strings. I tried to leave a review on the website, but found it strange that there is no option for customers to rate and review the products.
