They removed features on free accounts
They removed the “Bookers can choose an appointment” feature for free accounts, meaning bookers can now only select a single duration. This makes the service completely useless for me, as I need bookers to be able to choose between a half day and a full day. We also make these appointments for charity, so it’s not possible to pay for this service.

YCBM and iCalendar syncronization.
It is a learning curve for me to utilize online tech for troubleshooting scheduling issues and YCBM have mostly resolved them. Looking forward to having iCalendar synchronize with YCBM scheduler.

Book-me free version is quick and easy…
Book-me free version is quick and easy for parents and students to book with teachers. Parents usually make email contact, and it is fast to send them the booking link. Many colleagues are asking me to show them how to use Book-me to trial it. However, several have commented that they do not want parents and/or students having access to their Google Calendar. Perhaps they are not aware that they can cancel or reschedule bookings. Thanks for the handy tool to make my teaching job easier.

Excellent platform!
This is an awesome convenient platform for my students and caretakers to set up calls and meetings with me. It is simple and works right with my Google calendar where I can easily see the appointments.

Brilliant product
Years of service from a brilliant product, very intuitive, including taking clients payments, saves so much time I now have time time for a G&T in the evening instead of wrestling with timetables and reminders. The automatic links to Zoom, Teams and Google Meet, mean being able to accommodate clients preferences. The odd occasion I have asked for advice, response has been prompt and efficient. Well done to the gang at YCBM!
