Sent smaller sizes of perfume. Website stated 10 Ml they sent 2 ml. ZGO perfumery has zero customer service. Emailed, no response, after a week emailed again and spoke with customer service rep Nancy who was no help. Arguing over their mistake. No accountability. Bribing me with perfume if I would take down negative review. Will never shop here again! Worst experience ever!
I came across ZGO after I have learned the hard way and bought around $2000 form a website that was offering big discounts. It was for Christmas presents for family and friends and unfortunately all I bought was fake and couldn’t return any. With ZGO things are different they are very good customer service “ specially Nancy” beside they only sell legit products. I recommend ZGO to my friends and family and for anyone interested in legit products. One more thing they ship very fast too.
Good selection of perfumes. Good customer service.
