I really like this service, anyone can earn money.
**update - absolutley no updates or communication. We asked if there were any updates on our move and received a response of "no updates"**We used this company to move. They picked up our stuff after giving us very little notice of when they were going to arrive. They arrived at almost 6pm and moved until almost midnight which our apartment neighbors loved. Since they have picked up our stuff they have failed to give ANY updates on when it will arrive. They didn't label the boxes with numbers or scan stickers like other reputable companies. I've literally moved countries and my things arrived in shorter time with better communication. This company is awful. I've moved 10+ times and this is by far the worst. They keep saying ridiculous things like the truck is in the shop, we have too much stuff for a single truck (they picked it up in a single truck). I'm quite literally not sure if my belongings are ever going to show up and if everything will show up. Pick a different company because this one is unprofessional and disorganized.

I never did get a reply as to why my unload at the new house almost did not happen. If I had not had the team leader's phone number (when he texted he was on the way to pack up on Sunday), I couldn't have been able to contact anyone on Monday. The truck was scheduled to be unloaded on Monday at 4:30. At 4:45 I started calling the office and your number. The woman in the office had me on hold for over 30 minutes and she never picked up the phone. I finally hung up at 5:30. I was unable to get in touch with anyone! Our team leader KNEW on Sunday that the truck was to be unloaded on Monday at 4:30. We asked if it was to be the same crew so we knew how to tip. When he finally answered the phone at 6:00 on Monday, he said he was not working on Monday. He said the "office" was supposed to have called me to let me know they wouldn't be coming. WHAT!!! I was LIVID! We had no idea there was a change. The team leader DID show up at 7:15 with a team and they unloaded us. They left around 10:00 PM. But please know the panic we had between 4:30 and 6:00 not hearing from ANYONE! Fortunately, we only had one item that was lost - but no one told us what happened to the garden table. Nothing was broken and our job was finally delivered. Not sure why there was a break down in communication from the company.
Really terrific communication. Anticipated and solved issues before we had a chance to worry. Both moving crews were terrific - worked hard, did a great job, and were friendly. Very good experience. Would use them again and again.
They quoted me an estimate based on the amount of items and type of items they were moving. The estimate was for 2 hours at $230 an hour. At no point during the phone conversation or estimate did they mention there was a 4 hour minimum. I discovered this when they sent the bill. They bill monthly. I got a bill due on the same day it was emailed. I didn’t see it for a few days so I managed to rack up 3 days of late fees. They did nothing to correct the late fees. When they returned our items, the boxes and totes were crushed, ripped, damaged. One of our furniture items was damaged and someone attempted to cover it up with paint. They scuffed the brand new painted walls in several places. Finally, I paid for a month in advance of storage. The items were moved out of storage after 10 days. Therefore, I should be refunded 2/3 of the month. They said I was only owed 4 days instead of 20, and they still haven’t paid me the refund, nor have they responded to my inquiry about the correct refund amount. This company scams you out of money.
The movers were friendly. They damaged my desk and a box of items. Completely understand that happens and movers were honest about. After the move, I reached out to their customer service team about it. They were unhelpful and wouldn’t acknowledge it. Now they are not returning my emails. They also charged me for services that I didn’t use and won’t refund me for it.

The movers were efficient and very professional. Would definitely use them again.
Christian's team was excellent! They were organized, careful with my furniture, and did not waste time. Nothing was damaged. The estimate was competitive and fairly accurate. They even asked me at the end if there was anything that was in the wrong place and needed to be moved. I will absolutely use them again!
The job got done.
The moving crew was very good. They loaded the truck quickly. The problem was that there was not enough truck. The estimator blew it. It took two trips to complete the move and the cost of the move went up about 30%.
Christian and team were fantastic! They were careful, fast and made sure I was happy with my furniture placement before they left. I was VERY impressed with this team. I was a little disappointed with my last moving experience with Zip but decided to give you guys another try. I'm so glad I did!
While the crew was friendly, my estimate went up by $500 for unclear reasons. When I emailed the company twice with my concerns, I received no response. I asked for an itemized receipt and they sent an unitemized one so I could not even identify the reason for upcharge! I also had damaged furniture and broken items including an antique cup from my grandmother. The crew also left for the day leaving furniture unassembeled that they had disassembled to move, including a couch, recliner, and master bed! Do NOT recommend.
