Unresponsive

Ordered some remote controls. Got a tracking number but they haven't left Connecticut. Contacted 365 garagedoor parts but they are not responding. I'm going to have to reverse the charges. It's been a month since the order was placed.

My order has been 3 weeks delayed and no signs òf when it will arrives. this site is advertising on Amazon they have 3 available, I can not use my garage until I get the logic board for my opner. And above all neither amazon nor this business provides me with a vehicle to cancel and get my refund , so that I can buy it elsewhere .

Worthless, Unprofessional, Not Dependable

Ordered a product through Amazon that was listed as "in stock" and was supposed to be delivered in a few days. As soon as the order went through, the delivery date was updated to a week later. Ten days later, I received a message from Amazon there would be a delay in shipping. I cancelled the order.DO NOT TRUST this company if you need to depend on someone to get a part. You may or may receive it. They are not worth the aggravation.

This 70-year-old single technically…

This 70-year-old single technically challenged woman managed to install and get this thing to work in about an hour. The important thing is to get a tall ladder so you can see the program button on your opener. Then just follow the second set of instructions and presto! it works

Simple solution that works.

Had an old craftsman garage door opener where the remote quit working. Needed something compatible and simple that would work With my opener. Made comparisons of comparable models and read reviews so I took a chance that this one would do the job. Wasn't disappointed. Ordered and got quick delivery. Programming instructions were simple to follow. Simple to set up and worked the first time. I like simple solutions. Now know where to go for reliable replacements. Thanks 365 GarageDoors Parts. You came thru again.

Just horrific service

Just horrific service. From the "About Us" section of their website:"All online purchases are shipped in one business day because we understand that when you make a purchase you want your items as soon as possible."I ordered my part Sunday afternoon at around 4:30 PST. According to whoever wrote their "About Us" page it should have been shipped by Tuesday. It finally was received by the Post Office Friday night and made it to me sometime Monday. A full eight days after I placed the order.But wait, there's more.When I got my order the grease tube inside had burst and got grease all over the parts inside. Everything had to be cleaned up before I could do the repair. I took pictures because I thought they'd want to know that either the part left their facility that way, or it got damaged in transit. Instead of so much as a "thanks for letting us know", I got a snarky "We can have our processing team replace the grease", as if not having the grease was the problem.These guys should be forbidden from using the word "Professional" in their name; they are not worthy of it.You will be better off buying from craigslist, or a swap meet.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY…

Ordered and paid for 2 Stanley garage door openers. When the order was delivered, I only received 1. I checked the packaging label and it clearly stated that 2 were ordered. I contacted the company and they were apologetic and informed me that the order error was based on the clerk not reading the order form prior to packing it. I was also told that the 2nd garage door opener would be mailed out immediately. Within an hour or so of that phone call, I received a tracking number. After 24 hours of receiving said number, I made an attempt to track it. The tracking information stated that the post office in Hartford Ct had accepted the package. It should be noted that Hartford Ct is approximately 45 minutes away from my home. After waiting approximately 5 days for my package, I contacted the company and spoke to a representative who told me that I needed to be patient. Because of the time frame I had been waiting, I requested a refund. I also contacted Walmart to report this vendor and request that they credit my account and investigate this company because they are one of their market place vendors. Walmart contacted me days later and informed me that the company had never responded to their email requesting a status check onmy order. In the meantime, I received an email from an unprofessional clerk from the garage door company informing me that they would refund my credit card. This person also made a comment about the amount of money I would receive back. Based on her wording, she made it seem like I shouldn’t be making a complaint because it was under $20. She also said that the post office had received the package and they had no control over when I would receive it. I contacted the post office via email and provided them with the tracking number provided by this company. The post office sent an email back alerting me to the fact they had NEVER received a pickup request-from this company. The clerk at the garage door company should have been HONEST enough to tell me that they did not have the item in stock. Instead, they LIED and tried to make me feel like the post office and I were the problem. I encourage everyone who reads this review to be aware that this company is not reputable. USE CAUTION WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER.

credit card fraud

I had an experience similar to earlier reviewer Steve Cody's.Some time after placing an order on 365GarageDoorParts.net using a credit card, a fraudulent charge appeared on that credit card. The details of the fraudulent charge included 365GarageDoorParts.net. It appears 365GarageDoorParts.net may be involved in credit card fraud.

Unethical and unreasonable stay away!

I made a purchase from 365 Garage Door Parts through Amazon. I attempted to return this part due to it being the incorrect part. After I was able to get the proper part that I needed, I contacted them to return the incorrect part. They cited their policy of 30 day returns, which I was past, so they would not accept the return. I assumed that since this was purchasing through Amazon, this would not be a problem. Numerous attempts to reach a reasonable resolution have only resulted in hostility towards their customers. I am not stuck with a part that I have absolutely no use for that is brand new. I guess I just have to throw it away? It is not expensive, and it is basicly solid steel, so it is not like they go bad after 30 days. I do understand companies set their own return policies, however, I also feel that 365 garage door parts is not being reasonable or rational in this situation. They clearly do not consider their customers first. Only initial sales. Deffinatly not return customer sales. Deffinatly not the impact that their customers voices can have on them.

Ordered a Homelink Repeater Kit thru Walmart

Ordered garage door parts through Walmart.com, which was shipped by 365 Garage Door Parts. Was told I would receive it on November 21st and received it on November 12th. Very excellent service, very good packaging. Thank you 365GDP!!

If I could leave it zero stars I would

If I could leave it zero stars I would, received an email with the expected shipping date and arrival date, and a week later it still hasn't shipped. Very misleading! I contacted them and was told they were over loaded with orders and that it would ship within 3-11 business days. I just could have paid a few extra bucks and got them from Menards. I have a Halloween event That will have to be cancelled

Product was misrepresented and labeled incorrectly

bought a controller from these people that was advertised to fit my application. It was labeled to fit all lift master does 315 MHz. When I received it would not work. Called a dealer in my area and was told this would not work and to return it. Spoke with 365 Garagedoorparts and they offered an apology for the misunderstanding. I returned the item and paid the return shipping. To top it off they deducted a 10% restocking fee to boot. Not a good experience, will never buy from them again!!!

I am still waiting for a refund for a faulty Liftmaster Jackshaft. Do yourself a favor and buy directly from Chamberlain, avoid this third party seller! They sell open box used returned door opener equipment!See their F rating with the better business bureau

Mid-winter our door opener just stopped…

Mid-winter our door opener just stopped working. desperate to find a solution to this, I found the gears were chewed up. I got on the web looking for a new opener when I found replacement gears for my opener. I ordered the kit and to my surprise, it was delivered sooner then I was told and the kit had everything I needed to restore my opener. The kit was priced very well and it was right. I am very pleased with 365 Garage Door Parts.

BEWARE

BEWARE: If you have used a credit card on the 365garagedoorparts.net site, check it for fraudulent activity. My card number used SOLELY on this site was compromised. Don't expect customer service to take it seriously. They told me I probably have a virus.
