It was clear the documents had not been read prior to the meeting. This resulted in the majority of the meeting me watching her read the document to herself. Communication/response was slow. Lack of attention to detail - being offered meeting times 5 hours outside of the window I suggested. Little advice actually given, even going as far as saying ‘I will leave that to X lawyer to resolve’.
Ive never met such amazing people that go out their way to help someone with no notice, I got given 12hrs notice and once i found Barrister4u it was only 8hrs until i had to be in front of the judge. They did it, they found me an amazing barrister who represented me and really well and we even got results. I would reccomend to anyone. Darren you was amazing,from that 1st phone call to even now your support is one in a million. Dont even worry about the price because if they can they will always try and help so thankyou

I instructed Kevin Harris (4-5 Gray's Inn Square) for a commission and non-payment claim. It became clear during the hearing that he was unaware of the "variation by conduct" principle. He actually challenged the judge, insisting it was a "fact" that no variation existed because nothing was signed. The judge corrected him, noting that receiving a car allowance legally constituted a variation.Because Kevin didn't understand this principle, he failed to use the evidence already in the bundle to counter it. Even though I had paid for 2 days service at high cost, he disappeared during lunches not even discussing anything that possibly could help helped and I could have pointed to evidence that could counter that he got caught out with. He was adamant right to the end judgement that as there was no signed variation, we would likely be successful, which due to his confidence I was happy to rely on his expertise for.This oversight was fatal, as my appeal was rejected because Kevin failed to raise the correct arguments at the start which could have been countered by the evidence in the bundle. As the evidence was already in the bundle I could not appeal due to failure to use at the tribunal. To add insult to injury, I was initiall told I would be charged further fees for an appeal "review" which after argument, Kevin’s agreed to do. Kevin clearly didn't even read my draft, as his suggestions were already in my text.This was a very costly mistake and subsequent help requested was clearly not provided as I had not paid for the help.
They were able to deal with my request promptly. The service was outstanding. The clerks bent over backwards to help me. I was impressed with them/the service.
That we only address the issue in front of us and not the main issue. There wasn’t an overall plan to full resolution provided.
Excellent service from Barrister4u, this was my second experience and Barrister Zia was brilliant and very professional and got the outcome I wanted.Barrister4u are very reasonable with the costs and professional, I would definitely recommend family and friends for their services. I will be definitely using them again.

After initial enquiry, I heard nothing for a year. And then had to chase for support after thinking I was: very uncoordinated, felt unsupported, let diwn, took my £3000 to write a defense when I actually needed was legal support from the start. Thought reception lady was rude and evasive and left stressed and vulnerable. Happy to take money but dont care about the person.
