They are scamming people of their money. Bad for business. They booked me a flight for $1100 dollars then a few days after they called and say that the airline cancelled the flight and if I wanted that same flight, I would have to pay additional money. I told them to return my money, they said there is no refund. I had to pay them USD 2598.99. dollars for the same flight I booked before. They promised to send me back two hundred and ninety something dollars from my $1100. I am still waiting for. This company flies as close to bait and switch tactics as it can and still be on the right side of the law. I booked a flight based on my needed dates and times and was pleased the price advertised was a reasonable bargain. An hour later, I was told the flight only had flying standby available, but if I was willing to pay another $130 or so, they could provide me with a "guaranteed" seat. When I demanded a refund, the representative kept telling me the airline already had my money and I needed to pay the extra to not lose the money I had already charged to a credit card. I refused, and kept refusing, backing my argument up with the fact that the seat was never available at the advertised price to begin with. I got off the phone and immediately called my credit card company. Bestticketfare.com had not put the charge through so I canceled the card. It was unbelievable and I can't say strongly enough, do not use this company to book what seem like bargain flights. Scam, scam, scam but they wrote the small print just well enough to apparently stay in business.
Same as just about everyone else . Booked a flight and within half an hour got a call telling me it was non refundable and there were no seats left at the booked price. Tried to upcharge me an additional $400 on a flight I could get direct with the airline for much less. STAY AWAY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS !!!!
My wife did a booking on this rabish website for a good price ( trap) and she got a confirmation email that the booking is successful, however next day received a call that this booking is on hold and might not be approved or could be denied by the airline, so either we need to pay unbelievable extra price or keep it on hold and might not be confirmed. Besides they do not refund. Wish we’d have read these reviews before we selected them. it looks it has been going on for a whileI am sure this is a scam website or fraud.
I made a reservation, and customer service called me about two hours after it was made and said that the flight was overbooked and I had the following options. 1. upgrade my reservation to first class at an unbelievable cost. 2. Change my flight to a different time at a much higher cost. 3. Fly out a week later at the same cost. or 4. cancel my reservation and lose my ticket cost (154.00) and pay a cancelation fee of 75.00. Do not use this company.
KINDLY NOTE - BestTicketFare.com is a SCAM. They advertise cheap fares, but it's a scam. They bait you into booking seats that are not available. This is their process and how they run the scam. a) They promise a call within 24 hours to confirm your ticket. Which never happens. b) If you call them, they tell you that "You are on the waitlist".c) The ticket will be available 24 hours before departure. However, there are restrictions on the availability of tickets. If they can't book your dates, they will provide you with other dates. That's their promise. d) They charge you a huge fee for keeping you on the waitlist, in case you wanted to cancel. Which anyone would, considering that the ticket isn't confirmed. e) Their customer service has Hank and Kiara Smith, who are just faking their accent.

Bait and Switch!!! Really good price found - BUT no amenities!?!? (Carry on, checked bag, meals, etc). Got a call telling me about these restrictions; offering another flight for more money. Wish I’d read the reviews before I selected them.

SCAM DO NOT USENOWHERE IN THEIR WEBSITE DOES IT SAY THAT YOU CAN'T BRING LUGGAGE I BOUGHT 6 TICKETS AND LATER WAS TOLD THAT I CAN'T BRING LUGGAGE OR A CARRY ON, BUT THEY COULD UPGRADE ME FOR JUST A MERE AMOUNT OF 967 PER TICKET FOR 6 PEOPLE ON TOP OF THE TICKET I HAD ALREADY PURCHACED.
To echo all the other reviews, this company is a complete scam. It seems like you're getting a great rate to fly, but you never get a boarding pass. They just take your money. The fact they haven't been shut down is a reflection on getting rid of regulations. Apparently, it's back to the wild west where scammers can sell snake oil to cure your cancer.
I booked a roundtrip from Dallas to Philadelphia on 01-17-25 for travel on 01-24-25 with a return on 02-07-25. After looking their booking screen over from top to bottom, there was nothing seen that raised concerns, so I booked and paid in full for the roundtrip airfare. Instead of receiving a confirmation for the ticket, instead Bestticketfare.com reflected a notification of "Your Booking is in Progress", along with a booking ID. I watched the notification for about 30 minutes to see if it would change to "Booking Confirmed". It did not! I called the 800 number to ask why that was. These cheats use a "bait and switch" approach by first telling you the ticket is greatly discounted and as such, the traveler is basically considered a "standby", meaning you do not have a confirmed flight, you do not receive an e-ticket, and you do not receive a boarding pass. They tell you that you will receive your e-ticket by email 24 hours before the flight to print and take with you to the airport, but no boarding pass is issued.They then tell you that your booking is subject to availability of seats on your flight ... on the day of the flight!!! They do their best to try and make you feel this is "normal", which it is anything but! They then attempt to upsell you to a higher priced ticket in order to receive a confirmation, e-ticket and boarding pass. These upsell options always involve lengthy, multi-hour layovers in connecting cities and they try to get you to agree to changes in flight date and times as well.They tell you the ticket you've already purchased is non-cancellable and the money sent to them will not be refunded, even though I called them 30 minutes after "booking" the flight through their site. These people are the biggest scammers on earth!AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS ... YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR "SERVICE" ... PLUS GET RIPPED OFF IN THE PROCESS.

This is scam. I had bought airline tickets in August 2024 but didn't get a confirmation called and they told me that is since it is heaving discounted I will be on standby. Gave me the option to buy the full price. I wasn't prepared to do that so I called the credit card company and cancelled my card so the charge did not go through.
Do not touch this company....They are 100% SCAMMERS...once they have your money that's it...they send out fake tickets.... always check the tickets with the airline.... they issued me 3 fake tickets
This company is a scam. I made a reservation yesterday(9/1/24) to fly from Oakland to Destin (VPS) Florida. They quote me for $314 round trip. I didn't see any charges on my credit card so I called them, the person said that it would take a few hours to show up on my credit card. 9/2/24 no charges yet, I called them again today. After being on the phone talking to a supervisor, I asked to cancel my reservation she said I couldn't but she could give me credit which I did not want a credit. I couldn't take a carryon, or anything else with me, so I agreed to bump my ticket up so I could take my carryon ($496.98). This time I got charged $409.46 for my Southwest flight and got charged $87.52 for them. They never told me that they were working on my behalf. They are a scam, no one should do business with this company. I just checked with southwest and everything is fine now, but I did learn my lesson. Check the reviews before going with a company that you. are not familiar with.
SCAMThese reviews on this site have to be an error. The site in question (bestticketfare) have got to be paying people to write good reviews. Perfect example of a SCAM right here. You pay, then they call and there are restrictions. They are unreliable, like southwest... no baggage what so ever. To add 1 bag they tried to charge 150.00 more. So in total 279 for the flight. Same flight with 2 free check ins was only 179 through southwest and other sites. Just don't bother, everything is non refundable. I speak English and Spanish... and nobody knew either!
Scam. Scam. Give you a ticket price then say it’s not available or was a promotional ticket. Then will fix it for $500 + more. I even had tickets and a confirmation number at United, but tickets could only be confirmed by them! Which of coarse would cost more than United was selling the seats for!
