Rattan swivel at its best!
We bought a swivel rattan chair new from another supplier and had to return it as it was defective. We bought an older one from someone bought realized it wasn’t worth the money paid. Then finally I ordered one from Bison. It was shipped and received in perfect condition. Packaged very well and priced reasonable. It’s not a perfect match to our much older one but it’s perfect for me. It completed our reading/coffee area. I’m so happy I choose Bison.

Great piece of furniture
Great piece of furniture! Pretty easy to assemble, with 2 people. Sturdy piece and is exactly what I was hoping for! Shipping was also pretty fast.

Great experience comfy couch with a few changes!!!
Great communication and delivery was professional and great guys!!! It took 3 weeks to get it and when we put it ALL together it was very uncomfortable!!! By taking the back rails out and then leaning the upper cushions towards the wall at a slight angle and it's MUCH more comfortable!!! I also use the center cushion as an armrest laying it down on the couch!!!

BisonOffice offers a quality product , in my case a beautiful wood coffee table . Requires assembly , but when done , and I applied tung oil , it came-out glorious ! Fast shipping ,well packaged , and a good price point to boot !

This chair was very poorly constructed- legs broke off
This chair was very poorly constructed. I have used it for a total of 7 months and 2 of the 10 chairs I purchased have already broken. Very disappointing at the craftsmanship. I was days past the “warranty” so they did nothing about it. Buyer beware!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Diligently inspect packages and refuse delivery if there is any visible damage. I spent 5 hours and back breaking effort to document the damage on two large desks that were ordered to be told they also needed part numbers for any replacement. I spent over $2500.00 to ship the garbage back.

Great customer service (Gabbie)
Great customer service (Gabbie)! Rep was very responsive, kept me updated throughout the entire process. The item was damaged in transit, but after contacting Gabbie in Bison's customer service department, I was assured that the issue would be remedied expeditiously. I am currently waiting on a replacement item that has been shipped. The process took less than 2 days from me contacting the company to having a replacement item in the mail. I highly recommend Bison for product quality and great customer service.

I ordered a side table. It was a good price point. It was shipped quickly without any issues. The fully assembled table was packaged so well that even though the outside of the box was damaged in transport, the table itself was undamaged and in perfect condition. The wooden table is heavy and substantial. I expect it to last for many years. Highly recommend BisonOffice.com

Bison was an amazing experience.
Bison was an amazing experience for the completion of our new family room. We ordered one end table and loved it so much that we requested a second and they honored the same pricing as the first. Item scratched but good boy, fast ship
Best price on a nightstand that matches a dresser I bought elsewhere. Beyond Bidon’s control but the front of the nightstand had a huge scratch in it. Never used bison but instead of dealing with retina etc, I just sucked it up and I’ll try and cover it with some of the markers I’ve seen to repair furniture wood defects. I’d buy from bison again though. Great prices, item arrived quickly.

Exceptional order processing

I ordered a leather top stool from Bison. Stool frame is wonky and uneven. No adjusting feet on this stool. I reached out to Bison for exchange and was told that I should have tested product out sooner.

Horrible company
Horrible company , very irresponsible regarding shipping their furniture, they just sell their items and the rest they leave it to the hands of postal companies , they can do whatever they want. my items were supposed to be shipped on Monday but I received it earlier half and then when I checked with them were is the rest they said big and heavy item was left in the mailing room instead of delivering to my apartment. They don't care to fix this issue at all. I don't recommend them unless you love a very irresponsible and lazy company which just cares about their own profit not customers satisfaction
