I ordered a dog soothing blanket for my son Labrador dog As soon as it arrived she held it and fell straight to sleep fantastic Considering it comes from Australia it was a very good time So pleased I ordered it such good value May Attwater
Very poor quality, took two weeks to arrive, I bought a calming bed and paid £75. I received a fluffy looking mat, there is no support on the edges of this thing and the dog won't sleep in it as it is so thin there is no comfort for a large dog. His weight squashes down the limp filling so he has no protection from the hard floor.He would rather sleep in the schnauzers proper calming bed than this thin thing
- Took 3+ weeks to receive my order (after having to email them)- An XL bed is sized more like a Medium- The bed is not thick at all (and came shrink-wrapped)- The fabric is really slippery w/No fabric content- Too expensive to send back AND my dogs don't even like to lay on it.
After ordering and being advised 3-5 working days. Nothing arrived and checking the tracking it was still at the despatch stage. I also thought as it states free delivery in UK this would be a UK Compnay, my fault for not checking. I emailed then and got a reply stating as it was shipping from AUSTRALIA delivery would be 7-12 days. Gutted. I finally received the bed and its not great. It's very small for a large bed and the quality is poor. I've had better from Ama!on for less than half the price. DONT USE THIS COMPANY to return you have to cover the cost also. Lesson learnt on my part.
When the dogs bed arrived I was initially disappointed as it it had the wrong size cushion and bolster inside. I contacted Buddy Pet Shop and after sending a photo , they sent a replacement . The bed is very good as it has a zip around the bolster and one for the cushion the dog sits on. This is handy for washing the cover only .Very good customer service. I would not hesitate in ordering from them again.
I don't know if these reviews are for the Australian company Buddies Pet Shop as apparently there is a "Buddy Pet Shop" but I am writing about the Australian Buddies. Do not shop here if you are in the U.S anyway, and apparently, according to another reviewer, in the U.K. too. I bought an airline carrier which actually seems excellent--great--and I also bought a $40 pet backpack which lacks safety features like a leash attachment and other features to keep the pet safe and comfortable. So I wanted to return it. They say it has to be sent back to Australia!!!!! After boasting about all of their worldwide shipping hubs in the U.S., U.K. etc. I went to UPS with my wrapped $40 backpack and it would cost $200 FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING!!! Seriously? Why a joke. And they give me this crap that the website is very clear about the return policy. Well, yes, it goes on and on but NEVER says you have to spend hundreds of dollars shipping anything back to Australia. Don't buy from here unless you are in f---ing Australia!
Fantastic products and amazing service! When I did have an issue with a zipper on one of the beds we ordered, the staff were extremely prompt in helping out, friendly and bent over backwards to assist.Our pet loves his bed, it's excellent quality. I'll repurchase from Buddy Pet Shop next time we need a bed without hesitation.
Brought a anxiety pet bed for my dog I ordered a L as I have done for other beds, when it came it was 2 small and honestly no different 2 the 1 I brought at kmart and paid half the price for. I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all way 2 expensive for what u get and the sizes are so wrong I'm sooo disappointed
This review is for Buddies Pet Shop, not Buddy Pet Shop. We ordered a harness and bed for our dog and was very happy with the service and product received. The harness is great, the personalised tag very cute and the bed is very much appreciated by our lab. Very soft and plush. We had entered our address incorrectly and the service team contacted us when they noticed that the tracking had frozen. Which was very helpful so that we could fix this and still receive the items within an acceptable time frame. Will definitely shop here again.

I am not entirely sure if this is the correct trust pilot for Buddies Pet Shop, as it is a different link and name is different however, it was what I could find to share my purchasing experience.I bought a dog bed from Buddies Pet Shop for our Ben because he kept on sleeping on our bed. I got the bigger size so he could grow into it. The second I took this out of the packaging, my dog ripped it out of my hands and slept in it. He refuses to sleep on my bed anymore :). He loves this bed more than he loves me 😢. It’s so nice and soft and comfy!
We also ordered the calming pet bed for our elderly dog.What a waste of money, very poor quality and flimsy hardly any padding on the base of the bed.Avoid this site at all costs, terrible customer service.Unhelpful when trying to return the product and have strung things out so it ends up being too late to return the item.The bed came from within the UK but they want it returned to Australia!!
I have ordered a calming pet bed and was very disappointed when it arrived. The bed has very flimsy stuffing in the bottom of the bed. I have requested a refund and was asked to send photos of their product. Have sent the photos and now they are ignoring my emails about a refund. My gut is telling me I won't get the refund, after reading the reviews here. The product looks nothing like what's on their website. I have a 12yr old female that was suppose to get a comfortable bed and what I have received is not the case. Avoid don't waste your money. Wish I had seen these review before I purchased the bed.
Awful product. Bought the calming dog bed, it’s nothing more than some cheap fluffy material with flimsy stuffing. It came vacuum packed in an A4 sized bag which says everything you need to know. Absolute waste of money. Avoid at all cost…
BEWARE! horrible experienceI ordered 2 beds and they did not match what they show on the site. So i asked for a return and they ignored my emails.I got in touch with my bank as I have insurance. Afew days later I get a terrible threatening message from buddies pet shop. They then go tell the back that they sent me a return label which they never did. All i got was an email much later saying my email went to spam. Avoid avoid. Just a terrible experience. Don’t know who they are in business.
This store will not help if you have any issues with an order. My item shipped from China even though the address they share is Cheyenne. They delivered only 1 item from the 2 pet beds I ordered and they kept $52. Buyer Beware
Beware!! Ordered and paid for a dog harness. Company received payment with an additional International fee. Order processed and paid for on 9/1/22. As of Oct 18, 2022 I have not received order. USPS stated that label was created which causes a tracking number to be issued. After creation there are no further scans of that tracking number - itemnever left sellers site. As of this date 10/29/22 I have received the item. Almost 2 months. I am, however, very happy with the item.
I was so pleased with my 1st purchase of calming dog bed with removable cover that I order another. Unfortunately I did not order the bed with a removable cover and was very disappointed. I contacted the company regarding a return and they offered me a very acceptable compromise. The service was prompt and the product of high quality.
