Terrible Company…. Do yourself a favour and don’t waste your time or money on purchasing anything. First time buyer and still waiting for correct order to arrive after 4 weeks. Communication is the absolute worst, they have lied numerous times about my order but apparently Australia Post are now sending it. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄Will never purchase from Catwalk again!

Can’t rate the service as there isn’t any. Placed a $200 order. Website states shipping will be in 1-5 business days. Waited 10 business days before making email contact via the website. Automatic reply to say email would be responded to within 3 business days and not to send more than one email as they just go to the bottom of the list. 3 days later, still nothing. Rang the number only to get a message that all online order issues need to go through the website and the salon will not deal with any online orders. Major emphasis on customer behaviour and no abuse will be accepted which is fair enough but gives an indication that it is a common thing. Put in a claim through PayPal and received an immediate refund. I’m guessing this is not the first claim through PayPal. Almost three weeks wasted.

Zero stars - DO NOT order from this site.. like all the other comments I ordered almost $200 of product. Didn’t ship in the timeframe and no replies to my email.. paid via PayPal so raised a dispute. Emailed them again saying I had disputed and magically got a reply immediately with a weak excuse of lack of stock etc .. offered a full refund which I took .. bloody pathetic customer service!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. My order has been received but not yet posted. It has been 11 business days and no reply to my email to customer service. When I tried calling they state they do not deal with online orders over the phone

Delays, terrible customer service, and no product in the end.
I tried this company out and after no contact about my order for 2 weeks, and no options to contact them further I disputed the transaction with my bank. One hour after the dispute was raised, they contacted me with apologies and excuse of a 'small team'. They do not present as a legitimate operator, do not have any type of customer service, and are not worth the trouble. Surprised they are still in business.

Ordered products two weeks ago with the understanding (because that's what was indicated) that my items would be shipped in 5 business days. The order is still stuck with no updates, and any of my attempted communication has gone unanswered. I have had to, in the interim, buy more of the product to tide me over which has just cost more money that this was worth. I understand shipping delays, but the terrible customer service is what is most frustrating. No responses to my queries, but my email gets spammed by them every day looking for me to buy more products. Extremely poor experience.

Same as other reviews. 9 days from order and goods are yet to be despatched. Do not respond to emails. Requested refund, again, zero response. Tried to make contact using phone listed on website but it is a bogus number. Nowhere to go now but to report to consumer affairs.

Scam business - products never get sent
I ordered and paid for $200 worth of skin treatments and after the confirmation of purchase, have heard nothing. I emailed them several times to follow up about when it would be shipped - no response. This company is a scam, wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Forget the marginally cheaper prices they offer, you're literally throwing money into thin air. Will report to the ACCC

I wish I had read reviews of this company before placing an order with them. Ordered 2 bottles of shampoo on 24th Dec 2025, received the wrong products, checked if I had made a mistake in ordering, I had not. Emailed the company from their 'contact us' website on 8th Jan 2026 to say I had received the wrong product, I got a reply from someone named Audrey, asking me to send a photo of what I had been sent and the package, and details, I did as instructed and after that..... nothing, no email, no further communication. Waited for 2 weeks, sent them an email again on 26th Jan 2026, asking for some update. Nothing till date (17th Feb 2026)So I just have to accept that I lost my money and received shampoo that I cannot use (for blond hair, and I have black hair)I've decided to buy my products from Hairhouse Warehouse and pay a little extra, at least I get what I want and no such hassles.I wish I could give them zero stars.... the order was not complicated, 2 bottles of shampoo... how hard is it to get that right?Customer service after that... sucks!

Ordered hair products on 23-1-2026. Waited till 10-1-2026 and no order received. Emailed Catwalk 10-2-2026 asking when my order will be shipped. They replied saying there is stock issues and will expedite my order for express shipping. Still waiting and have emailed them again yesterday 17-2-2026 requesting my order be shipped immediately and added that if my order is not received by 20-2-2026 I will be contacting Consumer Affairs.

It's been 11 days since I placed an order and they still haven't shipped it. Emailed support 5 days ago, no response. Had to refund through my bank. Pretty pathetic coming from a business in Australia, shipping domestically within the same city. I get faster shipping from China.
