it’s very good, fast, powerful, the price is reasonable.
Really happy with my experience so far. The VPS specs are great for the price – stable, fast, and just as described. I ran into a small hiccup with a crypto payment (ended up short by a few cents), but the support team was super quick to respond, waived the difference, and got my VPS activated right away. Friendly, professional, and very helpful. Definitely a hosting provider I can recommend.
Great support, amazing prices, especially for nonprofits looking to save money on overhead costs.
I'm not giving this hoster a 1 star because I never used them, but I did have a negative interaction with pre-sales & they never even responded back to me after I left a message on their live chat. I had to reach out to them again. They say they don't man it 24/7 which is fine, but even the next day I didn't get a response. After reading why people gave them a 1 star, thank GAWD I had issues with them because they would have taken down my review site & my Truther site saying I'm not allowed to speak the Truth or post negative reviews about companies. That's what this world has come to people, the evils are STOPPING you from speaking your TRUTH, whatever that may be. Look up the Frankfurt school that came to the US in the 1930s and taught the kids not to say anything Truthful or negative. That turned into this whole PC BS and now everything online is censored by FB, TW, hosters, auto responder list companies, evil YT, you name it. Unless you have your own forum, you WILL be told what you can & can't say & I'm not talking about telling people to go kill someone innocent. They control the internet & all of these terrible companies support their evilness.THAT'S CALLED CENSORSHIP, and it's a form of SLAVERY & if you think that's all they do, then you are NOT awake!Back to this hoster - My experience with them is that they didn't understand my English. They couldn't even clearly answer my question about whether the stats I gave them with my current hoster match their tier 2 which is within my budget, but I needed to make sure everything I need they have on that tier. They were fixated on me not using their email server for emails & paying another company to do that. I know they can't guarantee it hits the inbox, but considering the guy seemed fixated on this at least 2-3 times, this had me concerned. I don't want to have to pay extra for an email server just to make sure my emails even get sent or arrive. They don't have a reseller package on their site, so I asked them if they have one. I told them my reseller account is only for me to divide up my sites & then he started talking about me not being able to bill my clients. sigh, so they have poor memories or they just don't read & understand what I said in the first place. That's a huge red flag for me.I also got irked that their signature was asking everyone to rate them here on TP when I haven't even used them yet. Well, that's why I'm here LOL becaue of that signature in their tickets. You should only ask customers who have used your service to rate you. I went to respond to their last email literally within 6 hours, & they had already closed it LOL My guess is that it was closed the minute he wrote his last response, & the fact that it doesn't re-open when I respond to it is also not good business practice IMO.Note: despite their response below making it seem like they are so mature, this company just accused me of being defamatory and I thank Trust Pilot for being smart enough to see it was nothing of the sort. This is where we are headed people. The evils who control our world don't allow us to speak not just the Truth, but our own opinions UNLESS everyone is given 5 stars and you speak only nice positive things (that's the new age cult) about them. It's disgusting to me that I can't even give a Truthful negative treview to a company without being lied about saying I'm defaming them. I lowered them down to 2 stars from 3 because of wasting my time & stressing me out.07-29-25 - My 2nd update to my review - This company is now harassing me. I updated my review after the word "Note" to reflect the fact that they lied to Trust Pilot saying I was defamatory. After that update, do you know how many times they then responded to my review after their first response? Can you even take a guess? 12 TIMES!!!! That's how many emails I got.Now they are lying saying I said things I didn't. Implying I was nasty when I wasn't. I said to Andrew that he didn't undrestand. me WHICH IS THE TRUTH. The rest about defaming them is a LIE. The rest about me getting angry about their discount is a lie. It never happened. I have the exact text I wrote. They are LIARS.Then they lie & say I compared them to marxists & fascists LOL NOWHERE did I ever say such a thing. I told you, they don't understand ENGLISH & they clearly exagerate to try & make me out to be the problem. At this point this goes beyond not understanding English.Their solution to a negative review is to attack people (or me) online & make things worse than they already were. If they continue with this type of aggressive cyber stalking behavior, plus continue lying about what I said, this won't be my only review. I've now lowered them down to 1 review. They clearly have no work to do because they spent the last 2-3 days harassing me & lying about what I said in my verty short 5 emails & in this review.
4days was given to take backup, but within 24 hours VPS was recreated and given a upgrade which doesn't needed. No patience from a host.
Looking for a rock-solid host that won't let you down? I've personally tested a few providers, and while others offer comparable performance, Charity Host is the only one that has had zero downtime and zero issues so far. In many ways, you are more connected to the hardware than the name brand cloud providers that lure people in with free credits. If you're serious about finding a reliable host check out Charity Host.
I have been using charityhost for a while, and both the stability and price are very good. I have purchased various configurations of VPS, and compared to other service providers, the performance of the same configuration VPS is better. Overall, it is very worth buying.
CharityHost.org is very good merchant, I experienced excellent service, they give extra surprise to their users and help them to get better service, and the service is not bad compared to Google Cloud, their service made my schooling faster and better, thank you very much to the team for their dedication!
Everything is so smooth! Setup takes no time at all, the control panel changed last year to a new portal and of course there were a couple of things that worked differently, but support were fast to point me in the right direction. Talking of support, whoever answers the support ticket is knowledgeable, not following some daft script, and willing to work at the level of the person making the request. I had some slightly weird requirements and they were sorted out within a day.Price is excellent for the connection speed and services on offer.Fully recommend these folks!
I have been using Charityhost for my VPS hosting needs, and the experience has been outstanding. From the outset, their service has demonstrated remarkable stability, with no significant downtime since I started. This reliability is crucial for anyone running online operations, and Charityhost has certainly delivered in this aspect.
Great services great prices
I've been using their VPS for several months to host personal projects and it's been fantastic, rock-solid performance with zero issues. They also occasionally offer free services for existing customers to try out, which is a nice token of appreciation.
I bought one of their VPS in Nov 2024. So far so good and I'm happy with it. It's very affordable vps and the network also adequate with a quite generous bandwidth given.
Despite the name, this hosting provider is not an actual charity, but is registered as a for-profit company.
Got one half year ago. So far so good.no down time at all! And what's more the price is so cheap and good enough for me! Thanks bro
I’m a student, and I’ve been using CharityHost’s services for almost half a year. Their service has never experienced any downtime. I’m really grateful that they provide this service for me. I use it for learning purposes, and it’s been very stable. Whenever I run into issues, their customer support responds quickly and resolves them efficiently. Who wouldn’t love a provider that offers reasonable prices and has friendly, lightning-fast support?
I have a service with them for about 3 months already and i'm very happy so far. Reliable, stable and fast. Great support also.Definitely recommend.
The team behind this company is only interested in doubling down on insisting that they are right, and that their customer base is wrong. They throw around names and demonstrate poor technical understanding of server and data management, as well as disregard the meaning of customer privacy and trust. Even if they provided perfect services, their behavior in response to customers justifiably speaking out about transgressions against them and unclear AUP/TOS terms makes this company a no-go for me, and hopefully for anyone else who comes across this review.
I’ve been using CharityHost’s 500 GB HDD plan to store my stream recordings, and it’s been quietly reliable—no unexpected downtime and steady transfer speeds day in, day out. Their prices are hard to beat, and the regular promotions make upgrading or adding services very affordable. Support replies are straightforward and helpful, which gives me confidence that problems will be handled if they come up. Overall, solid service and excellent value. On a personal note, I haven’t run into any frustrating issues so far. I’ve opened a few tickets with reasonable requests, and each one was met with a friendly, fast response and a practical solution. The plan comfortably keeps more than a month of my recordings, and I’ve never lost a file due to network hiccups. My experience has been excellent, and I’m hoping to see equally good discount offers when my plan is up for renewal next year.
