Awful

Awful, bought Spot the Intro to play at Christmas. Couldn’t download to the server. Thought ‘ok, lots of people probably playing. Will try to log in early NYE as we aren’t going out.’ Same issue, can’t even log into the game. Total waste of money

Yes!

Yes, I feel well cheated. Thanks to their website being down for boxing day and beyond, we're unable to play Spot the Intro. Disappointing to say the least, and a waste of money for what was supposed to be a family game for the Christmas holiday.

Spot the Intro game

Got Spot the Intro as a Christmas present and it worked once on Xmas eve. Since then there's a server error and has been since Xmas day. Company has been shut down since 24th Dec with no contingency at all. Many many posts saying the same. Poor effort

Spot the Intro game doesn't work

Bought Spot the Intro game for Christmas, requires QR codes to be scanned all of which fail with server error. This renders the game useless, even the "write a review" on their website doesn't work. Complete rip off.

Purchased Sleuth board game but…

Purchased Sleuth board game but instructions were not inside. Emailed and received apology and digital copy the next day. Excellent service and great quality game.

Not a good product, very flimsy to assemble.

I received a 3D build it of a Supermarine Spitfire for my birthday. The box states "no tools needed".,"push fit parts"., and "suites age 8+"., I am a pensioner, but not senile, and found the push fit parts were made of such flimsy plastic material that the disintegrated when trying to fit together. The propellor was particularly difficult to assemble and some pieces of the unit just could not take the "push fit" assembly, and I was forced to turn to glue to make the assembly fairly acceptable. The instructions that came with the model were also not very good and took a lot of mind bending to ascertain just what pieces went where. In fact, on the propellor assembly, I had to assemble the parts in a different order just to get the thing to a reasonable standard which I am not very happy with. In all, a very dissapointing product and one to avoid.

With ref the game technoballs

With ref the game technoballs, very poor. helix not smooth enough and balls keep dropping out, flexible runners hit or miss to get right, whole thing could do with being about 1" higher, 4 baffles had me baffled how to fit them, no instructions, rocker arm connection stud would not fit as per drawing, had to fit other way round and then glue to stop rocker twisting. Had to cut the loop out as could not get that side working
