Had a boiling fault on our kettle.

Had a boiling fault on a kettle, its was tripping out and not boiling. I contacted the Customer support team, expecting to take a while to resolve. It was so much easier that I expected. They asked for the serial number, which I sent. Next email back on the same day was confirming they will be replacing the unit. Only 18month old, I was asked to pick any new unit as they no longer made my model. I did and they confirmed back it was being shipped. It was so easy and they are so helpful. I have been a Cuisinart customer for many years and this experience will keep me as a customer into the future. Thank you so much, great experience.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Bought a kettle in November 2014 and it went wrong. One phone call and 2 emails one was to choose the replacement and a new kettle is on its way. A pleasure to deal with.

Broke down just out of warranty

Bought Cuisine Art food processor in February of last year. From online retailer R E Dawson Ltd, So I've had it 13 months. The motor has now gone. Unfortunately it's just out of warranty. Its only ever been used for chopping + pureeing veg, so its certainly not had heavy usage. While it worked it was very good. But to break down in such a short time, well safe to say i am not impressed šŸ˜‘.

Excellent Customer Support

Our blast and go blender devolped a fault. On contacting the company Jeanette arranged for us to return the items which was a really easy process. They are now on their way back to us. Customer service and communication was superb. Would not hesitate to buy Cuisinart products again.

Customer service as bad as their appliances

Sadly, the customer service is as bad as the appliances they sell. I bought an ice cream maker (ICE150) from Amazon, and during every single use, the item made an incredible amount of noise. Instead of returning it straight to Amazon, I tried to contact support, but I was ignored. I have since returned the item to Amazon as I still haven't heard back. I cannot recommend this company; their service is just as poor as their products.Update: Despite Cuisineart saying there was a reply, there was none. Avoid!

This is the best customer service I have had in years I dealt with a lady called Jeanette she was helpful I asked about a Replacement plates they was sent promptly you just could not ask for a better service I thank them so much for the service I hope the have a reward for their employees because I would give this lady employee of the month

Following a fault with my spice grinder, I sent copies of the invoice and serial number as requested and received a brand new replacement the following day, together with an extension to the warranty.

I had a problem with a new Cuisinart…

I had a problem with a new Cuisinart mini-chopper and contacted customer services for help. After following instructions to test the machine I was asked to return it. A postage label was emailed immediately and I took the machine to the post office. A few days later I was informed that the machine was faulty and I was offered a choice of a replacement machine. The new one arrived two days later. I was extremely happy. Amazing customer service!

I had a small issue with my Cuisinart air fryer, and they did not keep spares I contacted customer support for help. Jeanette assisted me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received.She was extremely helpful, professional, and had great communication throughout the entire process. Jeanette responded promptly to my questions, and made the replacement process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service

EDIT: 24 hours after the review they contacted me apologising for the delay, explaining that they no longer stocked my kettle and offering me several amazing options by means of compensation. Very happy customer now. Amazing customer service, albeit slightly delayedWe brought a mid range kettle and toaster from them. Both broke within eighteen months of light use. They replaced them which was great, but the second kettle broke again within the warranty period. Now they are ignoring my emails about how I can get it fixed - if I wanted a cheap kettle I had to replace after a couple of years I would have bought one, but 100 pound for a kettle you would think it would last a reasonable amount of time.

Poor quality products and no after sales customer service

I bought an ice cream machine (under 5 year warranty) and the lid broke within a couple of months - emailed customer services and was told there were none in stock but that they would contact me and send one out when they were back in stock. That was more than 4 years ago. I have contacted them several times and have literally just been ignored. The quality of the products is not up to scratch and neither is the after sales customer service, I'd never buy another product from them

Excellent customer service

Unfortunately we had a problem with our recently bought ice creamer. Cuisinart Customer Support Team (Jeanette) was absolutely excellent. I received a very prompt and friendly reply to my email and Jeanette resolved the issue immediately by offering to send a replacement part. I am very grateful for the replacement part but also for the prompt, friendly and helpful email responses to keep me updated. Excellent service - thank you!

Poor design and low quality pretending…

Poor design and low quality pretending to be high end. I bought a kettle and matching toaster in December 2024. Both are going to recycling today after only light use.The kettle fried one of my kitchen plugs. Other appliances have successfully been used in that plug for years on end. Guess what with no issues.The toaster is so poorly designed and conspires to injure you at every use with its inability to lift smaller items such as crumpets out of the machine. The guides constantly bend out of shape jamming the mechanism. A triumph of cost over quality of deign and function. Dreadful!

Excellent Service

Fantastic service when my waffle maker broke, I sent an email with all my details and the serial number of my machine, a replacement was organised and delivered within days, fantastic service!

Very easy to deal with!

Very easy to deal with regarding faulty toaster after 13 months of minor use. Pleasant communication from staff and would definitely buy direct from them again.
