Best golf apparel company out there by a country mile, have been dealing with them for around 5yrs now & the service just gets better & better, honestly if you need some golfing clothes in the foreseeable future please use this company, you won’t regret it.
My partner was wondering what to get me for XMAS and a chap came into her office wearing DG golf gear..so I ended up with a number of sets of DG gear. With Covid I only recently started playing and the noticed the trousers were two different sizes. I decided to call DG direct to see if they would swap the trousers that had not been worn with the right size. We found out it was my partners fault, although Dean stated no problem, leave it with me and he would sort. Now that's Customer Experience..no fuss, no drama. Dean offered a returns label, but I think I should pay for the cost and posted back the trousers.
