We are new to the area
We are new to the area and we first had a different credit union, but we were really happy with them. They just didn’t have the service we were used to from our previous home of 35 years. We switched to Desert Financial and couldn’t be HAPPIER!! I feel seen and it like the credit union I used to have for 35 years!! Danielle took care of us and she was wonderful to work with. She helped us in getting everything switched over…automatic payments and deposits. Thank you Danielle!!

I can't even get into my account through the app or the website even after visiting a branch and showing proof of identity and waiting. I feel like this was so much work just to open a new account.

Destinee C. was the first person I spoke to regarding information on becaming a credit union member.She was very professional,attentive, and clearly explained everything I needed to know.
