The dog coat material rips easily, I would think they would just change the material, but they don't. They say they have a lifetime guarantee, but that is word salad. They do replace the coats 2x's, but they just rip again.
It is clear this company care about animal because everything is crafted with genuine quality and heart
I bought a jacket for my dog several years ago. The zipper recently broke and they quickly replaced the jacket under their lifetime warranty. I will continue to use them for the great customer service.
The harness has made a huge difference for my older dog. It’s gentle and easy on her neck.
My dachshund used to slip out of her old harness, but this one fits securely and stays perfectly in place — such a relief!

No problem with the ordering process. It took a long time for the goods to arrive, which they did from China. (hence the delay). The coats I received according to Doggykings sizing on their website was totally inaccurate. Very disappointing!!!The coats were of a good quality but just too small!The website is a mere shell ; when you ask for a refund you have to complete an email on the "contact us" button. Their website says 30 day money back guarantee so I hope they live up to this pledge.

Don't bother with doggy kings. I got the coat and it was nice. The clip broke on first use. Tried to contact doggy kings but cant get hold of them. Ignoreing all emails. Terrible customer service and won't go back
Dont waste your time and money. Good luck if you ever have to return an item and if you order....you'll wait a couple months before receiving. Find another site.
Ordered large for a dachshund as previously ordered medium and a little small but managed. Received a coat that would struggle to fit a yorkie. Waste of money don't use this retailer.
SCAM!! 2 months no product, won’t answer emails, no phone, don’t be fooled as they are out of China

Do not believe the "We want all our customers to be happy"/lifetime warrantee for their winter coat dog harness. The first three wintewr coat harnesses I bought the zippers all broke the first year---- or even season. I somehow let those "slide" and did not pewrsue replacements. We really loke the coat/harnesses ptherwise. I bought a fourth coat and within months, guess what---- once again the cheal zipper broke. This time I saved all my paperwork from the purchase, and contacted Doggykingdom for a replacement. I jumped through all the hoops filling out the informayion and sent it in. I waited a couple of days and received another request from Doggykingdom to once again provide THE SAME INFORMATION---- so, back to the beginning. I then received an email asking me to provide "video of the incident"---- so I took several pictures, sent them in with (once more) all the information, details, etc---- and it has now been another two weeks and they refuse to contact me---- so much for "lifetime warrantee" and "we want you to be a happy customer". I am NOT a happy customer---- and this treatment of my request does not speak well---- at all---- of the "honesty" of their guarantee" and their promise of "wanting to keep all customers happy". Empty promises.
They have a hidden return policy that basically makes it so you give them more money for a replacement product. The harness was too big even though the weight measurement was accurate. No way to speak to anyone by telephone. The only way to tell it was too big was to try it on. I'm now out 56.00.
