Great support service, my package arrived in ~15 days with international shipping. Don't listen to other reviews, the shipping is completely fine. Merch arrived in optimal condition. Will definitely order more from here!
Great customer service.
I placed an order on 15th April, 2 months later I am still waiting for the package. The tracking has not been updated since 20th May and is still in the US. This is an unacceptably long time when their website says delivery is not that long. False advertising. This was a present for my god daughter in May, the item was ordered in plenty of time. It's a flippin joke. I have contacted numerous times and all I get is an email back saying wear a smile every day!!! I would wear a smile every day if I received the package and they hadn't sat on my money for two months!!! Fuming!!
A lot of the people on here weren't willing to pay for half decent shipping and had the crappy 2 month regular shipping. But this ain’t Amazon. You want good shipping, you got to pay for it. So as a result most of the reviews are bad. But I’m telling you. If you are willing to pay for the good shipping. (Not the priority, but not the worst one) you’ll get it in no time at all. And I notice nobody has actually mentioned the quality. It is amazing! One of the most comfy hoodies I have ever owned. I am very happy with my purchase. It was a little pricey but definitely worth it for me.
Don’t buy from here. Ordered a couple of hoodies for my daughters birthday over a month ago with a 7-10 day promise. Still not received anything and my package is still in America. Emailed the company a couple of times but the responses I got were automated, now they’ve got my money they’re not bothered. It’s my daughters birthday tomorrow and it was the one thing she was really looking forward to. I honestly don’t know if I’ll get my order. My next step will be legal advice.
Daughter loved the dream green hoodie. It is nice but have noticed already it has went bobbly although to be fair it is worn constantly. Washing instructions are blurry there is no proper label which isn't good.Shipping as someone has already mentioned is terrible - we waited ages. When I pulled back the label with my name and address on it, it had went to some place in the Netherlands before being shipped to us in UK. Don't quite understand this, was it an error or is it the practice for them to ship from the US to Netherlands for onward shipping ?
Ordering process was good, with the company giving me the opportunity to amend my order before completion. But that was almost a week ago. Adding on shipping times (which I paid extra for to get to the UK for my sons birthday next Sunday) and there is a chance its not going to be here in time. I would expect more communication and a swifter shipping time. Not cool. EDIT: Customer service now tell me that it’ll be 60 DAYS before my parcel arrives. Don’t prop up these internet chancers.
