For some reason, even though it was my 2nd order from them they decided that they HAD to get a scan of my driver's license for FedEx to hand me the package. I have never had any other vendor ever do this. Certainly not B&H who just got even more of my business.It will take some special circumstances for me to do business with them again.
Great selection and communication.They had a hard to find drone and shipped immediately. Always answered or called right back when needed. Great experience.
Drone Works verified what I needed. Treated me like I was his only customer. Rare quality in today's climate. I ordered my drone online with no problems whatsoever. Received my drone and got everything just as promised. I can't say enough about how well I was treated. Referred two other drone purchases to him, just because of my experience and the personal attention. Only buy from Drone Works!
Dronecraft Works (or evil Scammers as they are known) take your hard earned money that you saved up for on that amazing drone you think you're getting from their fake website, showing stolen photos and videos from an actual webstore so it looks convincing, then send out fake plastic rubbish they stocked up on from the $2 dollar store!!!! They use the standard issue scammer Returns and Refund Policy that you will notice doesn't actually include a postal address for returning the crap they sent you and they put it all back on you, the customer, that its your credit card company or bank's fault that you can't see your refund, then they won't reply to your emails or messages thereafter because folks.. their work here is done!!!!
I've wanted a Mavic 4 pro since they came out. I had planned on driving from my home in California to Canada to get one but had a number of dental implants and can not eat most foods. I heard about Drone-works and was fortunate to contact them. I go my Mavic 4 pro creator combo in less than a week from Florida to California. Drone-Works is a business you can count on for DJI Drones. Thanks Billions
I placed an order with Drone-Works.com on July 18 for a DJI Mavic 4 Pro Creator Combo after the owner, Zachary Davis, told me he had one unit left in stock and would ship it out the following Monday. I paid $5,226.49. That was the last truthful thing I heard from him.Across the next 10 days, I called repeatedly because no tracking ever arrived. I was fed shifting excuses—“it’ll go out this afternoon,” “I’ve been busy,” “Friday for sure”—but nothing ever shipped. I eventually received a FedEx tracking number only after warning I would dispute the charge, but it never showed movement.Worse, the tone turned curt and rude. When I asked if he even had one on hand, his response was “I think so.” When I pointed out he’d told me one was reserved for me, he replied, “Well that sucks,” and sarcastically offered to cancel the order: “I’m sure you can find one somewhere else.” I accepted the cancellation, and I’m now waiting for my $5,226.49 refund.Avoid this seller. Misleading stock claims, repeated broken promises, and disrespectful customer service once they’ve taken your money.
I have purchased 3 thermal drones from Drone-Works in the past year for my business. I crashed one of the three into my swimming pool. Zach worked with me to get it replaced at a fraction of the cost. He offers personal advise and I am pleased with his service.
Does not take care of their customers. Found through their Facebook group which is a ploy to lure in customers. Avoid this company. Horrible customer service.
I purchased my drone the day before Hurricane Hellene, I received it the following week! I have yet to fly it due to being busy but the package was good. My drone looked in good shape as well. Evo 2 V3 RTK
Drone-Works aka Zach Davis is a very shady company. The fact that they offer services and products to government agency's is load of BS. If any potential customer did their homework. No one would buy from this crook. I initially did not do my homework and had no results for 180 days. Every time I would call he always had an excuse. I did my own search on "Truthfinder" and let me tell you something. He should NOT be in business. I couldn't make heads or tails of how many businesses he is involved with. Dude lives in New York but the business lists a PO Box in Florida. Through the last couple of years he himself has had several tax liens on his property. I also found several aliases that just don't make sense.

Loved working with this company. The customer service was above average. Answered swiftly and help me along every issue i came across. I’m not the best tech wise but they were patient and genuine.
Purchased a drone for my wife because she asked for one for her new business venture. My order was a day late. I consulted Zach he confirmed it was on its way he also made sure I had tracking to follow. Now my wife and I were a bit confused as far as set up but I emailed Zach and he back to me via phone call and got us set up. Thanks drone works :)

I searched for months for the best deal and great support for my Matrice 350. Dealing with Drone-Works.com was a breeze! I ordered a Mavic 3E Combo, I was told it was back ordered for 20 days and to my surprise they came in early and I got my kit in only 5 days. They walked me thru dji care activation process as well! I cant wait to come back for that M350 next month. Thank you Jay!!
