Arrived on time and safely.It’s on the walls already. It’s so refreshing to have a wall covering that does what paint is designed to do without choking the users and beneficiaries.I used Lakeland paint for years and years in business and would never use anything else.
I ordered paint with express delivery, and it came even sooner than expected! The color match was perfect and the paint looks beautiful. The matte sheen is a bit more reflective than traditional paint, but a welcome tradeoff for the health benefits of ECOS paint!
The stain and varnish samples I ordered were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. I was impressed by both the stain and varnish with regard to the absence of odor and richness of color. I intend to order a quart of each as soon as the temperatures are expected to go above freezing. Thanks for making such a great product.

I recently purchased your paint to refinish a baby crib. I followed all recommended preparation steps, including thoroughly sanding the surface, and then applied the paint using both rollers and brushes. Despite my best efforts, it required 10 to 12 coats to achieve coverage, and even after all that work, the finish looks uneven and unattractive. This is extremely frustrating and not what I expected from a product marketed for quality and safety. I chose ECOS Paints specifically because of your reputation, which is why this experience has been so discouraging.
I simply reached out to customer service for help and they were rude, argumentative, and plainly just mean spirited

The stain and varnish are exactly as advertised and are both so easy to work with. I am a hobbyist woodworker that was looking for non-toxic stain and finish solutions and Ecos delivered. I will proudly only use your products to finish my pieces going forward, and have already placed a second order for more stain colors!
I've ordered samples after not getting satisfactory answers from customer service. I'm waiting on more samples and will make my decision once we try them. The older reviews say customer service is a nightmare, and I don't want to find myself in the same position. The reviews in 2025 seem fake. Looking at other paints now. I'm so glad for Trust Pilot.
