Sheryl Hicks- THE BEST
Sheryl Hicks! I almost say her name with as much reverence as Stevie Nicks. OK, that was a joke, but Sheryl was great. She speaks very clearly. She works fast. She expediently fixed what I had been angry about and dreading calling someone to help with. She saved me a bunch of money. I’m not in the business of supporting anything insurance related or writing reviews. Anytime I look at reviews I’m questioning how there seems to be one group they got screwed and one group that loved it. I don’t know what anybody else is saying, but I would call Sheryl if I was you. Sheryl Hicks. Pro.G.OA.T. Give her a promotion, a raise, and more vacation time. I’m gonna get someone to hire her if you can’t outbid us.

Do not do business with this company. They run bogus ads stating that you qualify for $6400 dollars for free just to bait and switch you to buy health coverage. It's a total SCAM! There is no $6400 dollars. They are just trying to get you to call in then talk you into buying health coverage. If any agent tells you that you will receive money after you buy health coverage with Enhance Health they are LYING to you! There is no FREE MONEY! I worked there and right before Christmas 2024 they let my entire team go and all our managers to avoid paying any of us a bonus. Bogus company! They lied to us and they lie to desperate people calling in who need money to pay their bills and buy groceries! There is no free money period!

I had the wonderful pleasure of speaking with Guerda, this young lady who enrolled me into the program is greatly appreciated for it all of her information. I actually got to understand what they mean about subsidy and how it works and I’m very pleased to know how nice and friendly the agent was in helping me understand better about what I was applying for and I can say this job well done thank you for your service and help .. I’m looking forward to receiving my package with my health plan and card to help me make good use of it thank you so much… at least now I know that I won’t have to worry about not having insurance anymore because I’m covered with the plan I signed up for and I don’t have to worry about a huge medical bills no more thanks to this program . I highly recommend it to anyone who may need this to cover high expenses of medical bills when you don’t have insurance so take it from me … call them now … I’m thankful for this…. Liars fake fake fake all these reviews are fake this company tried to play like they are a government agency I asked 3 times he asked for my ss number I said I don’t feel comfortable giving my ssn over the phone. I told him he sounded like he trying to scam me he how else can I verify you. I told him if u the gov you already have it and I can give u the last 4 not 9 digits no government agency does that. He told me to read the reviews well the small print clearly says this is a non governmental organization not affiliated with the government but a third party. Scammers be careful
