From the helpfull staff that checked our tickets, showed us to our seats, the ambience, the performers interpretation of the Beatles songs and the narrator for the performance, made it a truly memorable evening. My only complaint was it was not long enough :-)
Really enjoyed our night at the Jazz Club. Lovely intimate little place and great musicians. Would happily go again.

I accidentally made a booking in Perth instead of Canberra, and changing it was very easy, just by clicking a button and getting a voucher, and then I was able to transfer it to the date I wanted which was in Canberra.
The customer service person I spoke with was extremely helpful and made it very easy to return the two tickets that we bought in error.
Was a little sceptical..but OMG What a fabulous experience. I went with my son n Grandson,they too enjoyed it,but they did say the graphics were a bit dated.I don't know about that,but both of them are gamers.Made no difference to me.Amazing
Faq says tickets can be rescheduled , I tried to reschedule and they tell me they can’t.
I booked 4 tickets for this show and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The venue was just perfect. I would highly recommend this light show.

The Fever team respond to enquiries fairly quickly via email. In particular, team member Christopher was very helpful in answering all my questions in a clear and concise manner.My only disgruntlement is that they don't appear to have a direct telephone service. Inquiries are made via email.

Hi I wanted to change my tickets date and two times emailed you.You txt me we will contact you but there was no response .I will never buy tickets again and don’t recommend you to anyone because of your act and don’t have customer service.
