TOTALLY BOGUS Warranty
I am going to be EXTREMELY specific. I purchased a Samsung QN65Q80RAFXZA 65" QLED TV along with a "FIVE YEAR Warranty for $1500". My TV died 30 days prior to the warranty expired. I made a claim to CPSCentral.com THIRTY DAYS before the warranty expired. The warranty company offer me a "settlement" for $645.00 (which in NO WAY will cover the cost of a replacement TV...NOT EVEN CLOSE) First Class TVs will NOT help me recovering the $1500 in order to purchase a new TV. The warranty company is a FRAUD and First Class TVs does NOT even own up to the BOGUS warranty. I got nothing but LIP SERVICE from Jacob and Michael at First Class TVs. The CPS company could care less and even tried to get me to locate my own service. They offered my a $100 amount in order to get the TV serviced. I called Samsung.com and they told me at MINIMUM for the service call it would bel $450.00. I am still without a TV after over a month. I am 72 and retired on a fixed income. I STRONGLY say to anyone thinking about purchasing a TV from these people to STAY AWAY. I PROMISE you WILL BE SORRY.

Amateurish add-on scam
Ordered online and received an emailed receipt showing shipping as $0, as advertised on the site. Two days later a kindly Eastern European gentleman called me to tell me about the $160 freight insurance fee i must be charged, although there's no mention on the receipt or on the website. If prices look too good to be true, it's because they are. This operation is a scam.

Avoid like the plague. ZERO stars.
Made an order for a tv. Free shipping on website. Free shipping noted TWICE on emailed order. Not even a footnote on the order saying a word about insurance. A man called a day later- first saying their system went down and they had to make the order manually.... then it was an extra so much for shipping insurance. I requested the order to be canceled, it's screaming SCAM. The man tried to claim that they had to manual calculate shipping, which is wrong! If they can do it on a website, they can have their website do the background work to determine the price with the included size, weight, and location. How do you think any other website does it? I will gladly pay more to support a different business operating clearly. Emailing them now to request they remove all personal information they have saved in their system that they acquired under false pretenses....

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Called and when I asked what company I was calling they became very suspicious. When I informed them there was more than one company listed under the same number they played stupid.I was put on hold where the recording says Ielectrica... Got on the phone with someone who sounds Albanian or Russian. When I asked for there physical address he did not want to provide it to me. He said I was wasting his time. Buyer beware this does not operate like a legit company.

I wish that I had seen these reviews…
I wish that I had seen these reviews before I placed my order. Ordered the TV March 2, 2022, a couple days later received a call for the "shipping insurance" fee as mentioned by others. Why not just include it in the price which is the same exact price it's listed for at Best Buy, Costco and Amazon? Anyway, I foolishly paid the shipping insurance fee, and I'm still waiting for my TV 4 weeks later. The shipping company they use AM Delivery doesn't even know where the item is, they just keep saying it's on it's way. I've left several VM and emails to First Class TV with no responses. Today is 3/25/2022 (Friday), and I plan to cancel this order or have my credit card company refund my money by Monday if still no response. I'd rather pay the extra $200 in taxes on Amazon, get my TV within a few days, and at least Amazon and Costco would include 4 years of warranty for free. Update: the day after I disputed the charge with my CC, the company called to schedule the delivery, but wouldn't because of my dispute. I told then to deliver it and I'll cancel the dispute but they wouldn't. So I cancelled my order with them and bought a different T.V on Amazon which delivered it in 2 days, it included a 2 year warranty and they brought it into my living room.

Bait and switch call shortly after online purchase!
Placed order March 11, 2022. WHen I received "the call" on Monday, March 14 from the vendor I immediately knew what was up. After first teling me what a great set I had purchased along came the scam for the $170 shipping insurance "to make sure that the item arrives undamaged." I immediately cancelled the order. The sales person reminded me that I was still getting a great price on the television. I refuse to do business with this type of vendor. I'll pay a little more and and deal with Costco or BestBuy. I dodged a bullet!

If it's too good to be true it is. (red flag) After I paid online they call about shipping insurance (red flag). "David Jones" calls you from the store and has what sounds like an Albanian or Russian accent (red flag). My credit card flagged on my attempted purchase, after reading all these reviews I cancelled the sale and dodged a bullet.

Thanks to all previous purchasers for the heads up. I was very close to hitting the "Buy" button but decided to read reviews first. Needless to say, I will be spending $200 "more" to buy the TV from a legit source.

TV never delivered after 2 months, no one is answering the phone of email
Placed an order for a 75'' Samsung Frame TV in October 2021. FirstClassTVs called me a few days later extorting $187.92 for "shipping cargo insurance", which I paid. More than two months later and the order has not been delivered and no one at FirstClassTVs is answering the phone (or calling back after I left a plethora of voicemails), and no one is replying to my emails or requests submitted on their website.

Don't waste your time on them
I should go to this place first before I made the purchase. Anyway long story short, they shipped me a totally different thing(much cheaper and missing one speaker). They gave me a shipping label that later was rejected by the carrier because the shipping is oversized. Contact ebay then they gave me another label but their delivery address is closed. Still waiting for refund.

I saw warnings about the bait and…
I saw warnings about the bait and switch pricing and tacked on "Insurance Fees", so I contacted them before ordering to see if the price they were quoting me was everything included. I directly asked them if therer would be an added Insurance Fee. They said "No". then shortly after I ordered, I got the call. Now I really regret that these crooks have my credit card number. Don't make that mistake. It's bad enought that they are so dishonest about their actual prices, but then they will also outright lie to you about it.

I read the reviews so I wasn't too surprised
I read the reviews so I wasn't too surprised when they called to get another $240 "insurance" fees. They should just be honest with people about the shipping/insurance fees. It's been 21 days since I placed the order and its still in transit. I also thought it might happen, but hoping it wouldn't. The only thing I wonder now is, BestBuy does price matching. I should have checked with them first. If they did match the price I cloud have had the TV 21 days ago. Hope its not damaged when it arrives!

Absolutely Horrible!
Absolutely Horrible!! Purchased a TV from them off ebay. Took over 5 weeks to get delivery and when it got here it was used. Had email account already installed along with nextflix account and Amazon Prime account. If you want to buy used, this is the place for you.

"Free shipping" scam
Same bogus shipping insurance fee everyone else mentions. Can't believe I didn't just cancel my order on the spot, I was embarrassed to tell my wife about how I caved to these scammers.

BAIT and SWITCH is what describes this…
BAIT and SWITCH is what describes this company. I did receive my TV but after checkout was told I had to pay for mandatory insurance which is really just shipping costs. They advertise free shipping but it's really not free, they just manipulate Google search results to make their prices look cheaper than they are to obtain customer data. I will not be buying my other TVs here.

BUYER BEWARE Bogus "insurance fees"…
BUYER BEWARE Bogus "insurance fees" fees added to the order after the fact. The retailer said everyone does this however the next day I ordered the same TV from another retailer and No hidden fees. This is a predatory and ridiculous business practice that is terrible. This company should not be able to continue cheating customers like this. Also if something goes wrong there customer service is almost non existant.

Shipping is NOT free
Ordered TV online. Received a phone call the next day to verify shipping address. They do not deliver to my address. Period. They will however ship to Portland Oregon which is 3 hours away from me. I have family there so I called back and asked if they could ship it there. Sure! For an additional $165.00 of ‘insurance'. Cancelled the order. The TV was listed for a good price. Now I know why. Waste of my time. I would not recommend firstclasstvs.
