Flagship proudly displays a staggering…

Flagship proudly displays a staggering degree of indifferent incompetence. A few weeks ago my neighbour had a leaking overflow from her attic water tank. Flagship sent two electricians! Needless to say they couldn't fix the problem,( or wouldn't), eventually a plumber materialised and a week after the "repair" the problem started all over again.Last year I reported a root from a tree, from the front of the bungalow, growing out of the brickwork at the back of my bungalow, it's growing right underneath of the property. I was asked for a photo, which I duly sent. And that was the last I heard. Today someone contacted flagship as they have failed to turn up to cut the grass, and the dandelions are approaching three feet tall. The response " Oh you got missed out, so you have to wait for the next scheduled cut" when is that the householder asked. "I don't know could be as far as October!" Last year my CO alarm suddenly started at nearly midnight, the row was terrible and I couldn't stop it so eventually I removed it from the ceiling and bunged it in a bucket of water as there was no way I could shut it up, needless to say neighbours thought my bungalow might be on fire! When I called flagship, the receptionist ( they are frequently hostile) effectively tried to blame me, probably something I had cooked! ( At midnight ?)Then implied I should have put up with it and arrange a call out. The alarm wasn't replaced until the regular annual gas check on the boiler, some eight months later . A window was broken somehow in the upstairs block of flats opposite, in the hallway area, between the flats, they finally replaced the broken glass after three months waiting. No one hereabouts has a good word for Flagship, victory homes had a brilliant ,first class reputation until they were taken over by flagship, their reputation then plummeted as flagship stopped or interfered in their operation procedures, and facilities for clients vanished almost overnight.Three years ago I was told we were getting wheelie bins( and an enclosure for them,) we presently use plastic bags. We are still waiting. And now they are merging with another organisation, and the blurb makes out they will be even better at doing the great job they do!!! What planet are these people living on? I don't think it's this one!

Still waiting for the guttering to be…

Still waiting for the guttering to be cleared out! Reported this late last year! October I believe. Wordworm has been treated, loft insulation was supposed to be renewed, I'm not sure if it has been because I can't climb ladders to check and no one else has been to check either. Does anyone care! Doubt it.

Let down by poor aftercare

6 month delay on my home followed by outstanding issues for 11 months. Sales team were great but aftercare is almost non existent and let’s the company down massively.

New Build w/ BIG Disappointment

I bought this home with very high hopes. Right when my warranty was up my AC unit started giving me lots of issues and Any Hour told me that they either gave me a system with a leak or they didn't fill it all the way up with refrigerant. So that whole ordeal has costed me close to $1000 already. Also when they sold me the home the sales rep guy seemed to just tell me anything I wanted to hear in order to get the deal done. Many of the things he told me ended up being lies. Like now the HOA is requiring parking passes or your car will be towed. So now my family and I have to buy these parking passes that STILL don't even allow your car to be parked there in the visitor parking for longer than 12 hours. We never would have bought this home had we known this would be a condition. If you decide to buy flagship homes be ready to pay many unexpected repairs to your brand new home and to find out many other truths you didnt know about when signing the papers. I, on the other hand, will never purchase another one of these from this dishonest builder ever again.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE (Literally)

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE (Literally). I don’t have time to write out all of the issues that we’ve had with Flagship. Here are the three most pressing...Most frustrating: The brick that we requested during design was different than the brick that was delivered to our site. We told multiple people multiple times that it wasn’t the right brick. We were ignored and the wrong brick was installed anyway. When they finally admitted the mistake, they said that they’d come back in the spring and install the correct brick. That just happened. Now it looks like our house survived an earthquake and is in dire need of an orthodontist. I’ve reached out to them and have heard nothing. Our lights are hanging off of the house by their wires. Most dishonest: The sales office upsold us on a property backing a beautiful green space. Added a ton of cash to the price tag of our lot. Direct quote, “This is a nature preserve that will never, ever be developed.” We were recently informed that Flagship has sold the green area to the city. It’ll be developed sometime next year. Most dangerous: My wife and I have been smelling gas around the house. We had a specialist come out today and tell us that our gas lines in our utility closet were installed incorrectly by the builder and that we could have easily been blown sky high. I could go on forever. This isn’t our first build. We know what to expect. We know that nothing goes smoothly or exactly as planned, that things happen, etc etc, but this whole experience has been ridiculous. If you value quality (and your life) consider another builder.
