Pushy to the point of being threatening.
Recruiter visited business unrequested to try and see if they could help us with recruitment. I was open to this and requested terms and conditions, I told them that I was busy and would review t&c's when I could and not to chase. I received numerous calls and emails ignoring my request so asked them to remove my company from their contacts and not to contact me again. The next day their recruiter entered my company and walked straight through reception into my office demanding I discuss working with them. The recruiter then refused multiple requests to leave to the point where I had to tell them I would call the police. Unprofessional company avoid at all costs. Never know a company like it.

Chesterfield Branch. Laughably poor.
Very poor. Applied. Received a call. Filled out of a questionnaire with promise of a call back that afternoon. Didn't happen. Called to chase up. Response of that they can't give a time frame despite one being given.2 weeks later, receive a phone call from an individual giving attitude who expected me to wait for them to decide to contact me.Ridiculous attitudes. Show no loyalty to this branch. They'll show no manners to you.

Got me a job and that was alright but the lack of communication leading to it was horrendous. I went in blind not knowing much at all. LUCY has to be one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken too. She really needs to seek a new job and be abit more polite. Went off it because I left the role for a more permanent position and proceeded to be rude and argumentative. People like Us pay your wage so maybe be more nice to people who are genuinely desperate for an income and want to work. Worst agency I’ve been through by some distance

Stay away these are liars and rip you off
On google reviews my friend…….What a bunch of cowboys! Stay away from these lying deceiving people. I was quoted a rate then paid less and shardell, one of the nicest liars you’ll meet, then gave the most feeble excuse why she had to drop the rate. They conveniently forgot to pay me for another job as well. So all and all they fiddled me out of £35 ish so multiply that by a few plonkers like me and it’s a sizeable bonus ey? Without agency staff you agencies are zero so stop using and abusing people who go out and do a good job. Steer clear and I will now post on other platforms. I’m assuming the agency is a total scam. They don’t answer calls, they arrange for phone interviews and never call. The job posted on Indeed has totally disappeared. There are many scam job placements on Indeed.

I’ve been working for frontline for a couple weeks now and it’s payday and haven’t been paid when asking agency told me that it wasn’t their fault or responsibility I’ve had to miss a day’s work because I didn’t have the money to get into work like at the end of the day I can’t work for free same way you don’t pay me to sit on my bum

Highly unprofessional behaviour
After initially contacting me for two potential job opportunities, the recruiter unexpectedly disappeared without providing any explanation. This lack of professionalism led to a missed chance on two potentially excellent jobs. I appreciate all that they did I was working a job I hated and I applied for a new job and straight away frontline had me working at a place that I’ve now been there 4 months signed a permanent contract and am happier than I’ve been in 2 years no exaggeration my agent was really helpful and always was quick and effective in sorting a problem out

They do not care about you at all!
The people at this company fail to care about their employee's health and safety which I feel is a rather big problem with this company. They will also manage to guilt-trip you into taking certain jobs when you clearly state that you are not able to work well in certain environments. If you need to find a job, I highly urge you to not go for this agency, or you will end up the same as me, suffering and recovering from situations where you stated that you cannot work at. For me, they ended up taking me away from the business that I stated I liked working in, they really don't care about you, all they want is things to go through, without regards to how and the quality of effort. They lie to you with what you will be doing and more, however, the pay is somewhat decent but does it cover the overhead of potentially damaging yourself in certain environments?I heard the agency "Orbit" has better staff and health and safety management. Please keep this review in your consideration, as it is a pretty big deal with how they manage you.
