Bottom line for me was to much try and manage to be a convient aid for my lifestyle and seemed like there was gonna be extra costs depending on your results everytime. Had trouble keeping access to my account. Great idea and good ground work but for me needs a lil more simplicity and straight forward info that I could relate to.

They have stolen over $200 of my money and keep saying the refund is on the way but it has been over a month and nothing has happened. They are thieves and scammers and you should stay far away
I bought the device in October of 2025 As stated on their website you can cancel your monthly subscription without question. I paid $600 for the machine and they deactivated my account because I don't use their monthly subscription, no where's does it state if you dont pay a subscription your account is no longer active, this is illegal its called deceptive and unfair practices, will be contacting ftc.
I purchased the SmartHeart device with a subscription for professional readings every 3 months. Less than 6 months later they discontinued the program and told me that I need to find a doctor who can read my ecg. I contacted them for a refund and they refused. I am left with a useless device and over $300 spent. To make matters worse, they are still advertising this “service” on Facebook.
I signed up for a monthly subscription for this device but the terms were not clear. Yes, $99 per month, however, I was not told about the commitment duration or what to do if I was not happy with the service. It should have been provided.
Jim made my purchase easy and affordable. He is very nice and knowledgeable about the system. He answered all my questions.

READ INFO BEFORE YOU "RENT" A SMARTHEART DEVICE. You cannot use it without monthly subscription. You cannot take independent readings on your own without paying $100 per month or $20 per use. Their doctor sent me to Emergency Department. My doctor stated it was unnecessary. Waste of elderly patients money.
