Never received product, no communication
Ordered a product through this website over 3 months ago and never received it and never received any responses to multiple emails and messages. They have no means of communication besides a general info@ email and a Facebook page. I've reported and requested refund through PayPal and am reporting the seller wherever possible. I had previously (a couple years ago?) ordered something from what I thought was the same company without issue, but the current company appears to be a scam.

I had made a purchase on June 22nd and still there hasn’t been any update on my order. I have contacted them multiple times via email and there hasn’t been an response from their end. There is no change on tracking status as well.

Was sent a completely incorrect order…
Was sent a completely incorrect order of minoxidil solution instead of the minoxidil foam I ordered (around a $50 difference in cost ). It took some time for hair supply to respond back to me and only after I made a complaint through paypal. I was then sent half my order of minoxidil foam, when I then had to complain again before I was sent the rest of my order. Overall a negative experience and way too much of a hassle.

Zero response on wrong item
Received the product in a reasonable time, but to my surprise it was the wrong one. I sent multiple emails in a span of a week without any response whatsoever. Not only the product I received was incorrect, but it was also cheaper than the one I requested. Without any answer in more than a week from them I am seriously doubting this is a legit company and this was not a mistake but a means to scam me! I am not recommending this company!

Excellent service, rapid delivery. However VERY unfortunate that Kirkland Minoxidil can no longer be delivered to Canada. It seems that the whole site shut down - all products sold out. Customers referred to Essential Clinic. Don't understand because there are other sites that still supply Kirkland Minoxidil and Rogaine to Canadian customers.

I wasn't told anything valid about the split shipping including 2 of the 3 mailing tracking codes I was never given. When I returned to check the site, my product, in fact no product, is now currently available in my region anymore. So I can rank your mediocre service hut the reality is its impossible and unlikely I will do business with you again. Let me know if I can get kirkland minoxidil again in the future. Otherwise good luck selling an empty store.

Extremely slow shipping
Extremely slow shipping. Placed an order on February 8th and according to the tracking the package was handed over to USPS on 14th only. It's February 23rd and the package is still in the USUPDATE: was reached out by Hair Supply team and was told that something happened and the package returned back to the warehouse. It doesn't change the fact, however, that the package was only sent after 4 business day, while website states that all shipment are dispatched next business day. Having said that, the company is definitely willing to work towards a solution and they reached out to me fairly quickly.
