Every single employees at IFS should perish
Infiniti autodrafted 8800 dollars from my account last month. They were unwilling to return our money, so we got our bank involved and they retrieved our money. 11 transactions of 880 dollars on the same day, and IFS refused to correct their problem. In January of 2026, they stole 700 dollars from me by autopay and are still refusing to correct that wrong. I will be following a lawsuit because I have THREE RECORD CONVERSATIONS with IFS representatives telling me I would receive a full refund. I filed a BBB claim and they finally responded, confirming that the representative told me I would receive a refund. But, the representative spoke incorrectly and they would provide coaching to the rep. Additionally, they will not be refunding me. So, they admitted to telling me I would receive a refund and are STILL NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING. Look at all the terrible reviews of Infiniti financial services. Do not lease or purchase your vehicle through IFS. They are absolutely filth and I hope every single one of them burns for eternity.

I cannot wait for my loan to be paid off with this company. The customer service has been the worst I’ve ever experienced, and I’m extremely disappointed. I was a longtime customer in the past, but their policies and approach have clearly changed. What once felt like a company that treated customers like family now feels rooted in poor service and lack of trust. Because of this experience, I will never finance with Infiniti again.

They block the website to payment and ask you have to pay 6 payments to reopen to pay the website, which I did and still would not open the website so they can collect $3 to pay via phone. Stay away from IFS. They are total scammers. You will be disappointed with their customer service, client care and overall - whatever they will tell you, do not trust. They never hold their word with - title - payments - warranty - car care - roadside assistance and etc. It's not only they don't know what customer service is - they cannot even spell for you as them. If I had time and money to sue them - I would.

The worst service
As the owner of a 2024 Infiniti QX60, I would strongly advise against leasing an Infiniti—especially through Infiniti Financial Services. My experience with their customer service has been the worst I’ve ever encountered; they simply don’t seem to care about providing quality service or supporting their customers. Reaching them is nearly impossible, and they ignored my attempts to address my concerns. I’m also not satisfied with my vehicle itself—you can find a better car at the same price point. Save yourself the frustration and consider other options.

The dealership failed to place my name on title instead placed my co-signer as the owner and now I'm stuck having to pay the fee at dmv to get my name back on the title after I moved to a different state . The finance customer service agents were useless and basically said I had to deal with it. I asked them to comp the dmv fees for there mistake and they said no. They also rudely hung up on my several times. You would think a company this big would atleast comp there customers for there mistakes.

My experience with Infiniti
I bought 2008 Nissan Altima, Leased 2016, 2019 & 2020 Infiniti QX50. At the end of my lease in January of 2024, I decided to buy out my 2020 Infiniti QX50. I started process by calling and getting my payoff on 1/31/2024, and Infiniti Financial Services received my payoff on 2/6/24. After couple of day I called to make sure everything is ok, then at that time they told me I need Odometer Statement which I emailed and faxed on 2/13/24. After couple of days I called to make sure everything is ok, then they told me I owe $300, which I paid on paid online, and again waited couple of days, and called again, to find out when I receive my title. Then at that time they said I owe $430, which I asked an they couldn't explain, which finally I paid it. I made more than 20 calls, and each time I got different answer. I never had this bad experience with any company. I do not recommend Nissan & Infiniti to anyone. This is one of the worse company to deal with. I will tell every member of my family, friends and everyone I know my worse experience with Nissan-Infiniti Company.

This business has violated my rights as a consumer to request a service. They have lost documents multiple times with my personal and company details, they have also made me pay to have multiple documents notarized as a result to their negligence with my documents that should have been filed in a system that would protect my consumer rights. They have lied multiple times on the status of my account and the transfer of equity to my business. I have lost 8 months of my vehicle reporting on my business credit and this has helped up investment opportunities for my business. This process should have been a 4-6 weeks process that now due to their negligence and losing several of my documents has turned into over an 8 month process. I want answers and I want a remedy for their neglect.

I called Infiniti Financial to get a payoff quote that included all fees. Two different agents (both were very courteous) quoted me an amount that did not include TT&L. They should tell the customer that the quote is X dollars plus TT&L.

BUYING A VEHICLE FROM INFINITI FINANCE NIGHTMARE
We purchased our lease from Infiniti Finance in February 2023. They mailed us an incomplete Title (it only had a signature with no other detail). We brought the Title to our Town Hall along with the purchase and sale and it was submitted for a new title. The State of NH DMV denied the title request because INFINITI did not complete the information required on the original title causing suspicion. The State of NH DMV sent us a Title Reassignment form with instructions telling us we needed to have the dealership complete the information on this form to rule out fraud. Since we did not buy the car through the dealership, we were told by the dealership that this was Infiniti Finance’s obligation. Infiniti Finance refuses to fill out the form and every person we speak with when we contact Customer Service tells us something different. One minute it looks as though they will complete the form and the next call, we’re told they’ve rejected the form. We have been going back and forth with them for 2 months now and have no resolution nor any willingness to help with a problem Infiniti caused. We even physically went to the dealership, and they called Infiniti Finance explaining the situation and we were told it was going to be taken care of; we received no document and called Infiniti Finance again and they refused to fill out the form. Clearly, Infiniti Finance will not cooperate. So, at this point, our Title is in limbo (being held hostage as far as we’re concerned) and our new lien holder has increased our interest rate from 5.75% to 18% until they receive the updated title. This horror has been going on since May 5, 2023. This has got to be the simplest request and Infiniti flat-out refuses to do their job. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE FROM INFINITI FINANCE!

DO NOT DO IT!!! Since I have had my loan they have been giving me multiple problems! I pay more than my monthly bill and they never allocate my extra payment to principle they just roll it over to the next month. They also have given me problems with returning payments even though their app drafted multiple payments for the months. Absolute worse company I have ever financed through.

Very poor. They sent me a letter telling me to download their app titled “INFINITI finance” but there is no such app. After searching through multiple apps titled with the word “Infiniti” I finally found their app titled “IFS Account Manager” and that app says I already have an account and that I can reset my account with but no such email ever came! I can see why Infiniti has one of the largest unsold inventories of any car company in the US.

Under no circumstances should anyone ever do business with IFS! It is a corrupt company that uses bad faith, along with techniques that could be described as extortion to withhold sending out titles. About one month prior to the end our lease period, we contacted IFS and received a VERBAL estimate of payoff. It was recommended that we wait until the end of our lease period to obtain final payoff since payments needed to be credited to the account. At the end of our lease period, where all payments were made ON TIME, we were given an official payoff of the lease by IFS. The formal letter, emailed to us by IFS, clearly indicated that amount quoted included the payoff, sales tax and purchase option fee. The check was mailed to IFS the day we received the letter. IFS cashed the check and reported payoff to the credit bureau. Instead of receiving the title for our car in the mail, we received notification from IFS that IFS MADE A MISTAKE AND WOULD NOT RELEASE THE TITLE UNTIL WE SENT THEM MORE MONEY. The inept Senior Counsel of IFS actually wrote that we should have known that the payoff amount was incorrect and contacted them to receive the correct amount. Seriously?? So all lessees should assume that IFS does not have a clue what it is doing and contact them to see if the payoff amount is enough??? No wonder the car business has such a bad reputation and the reviews of IFS are so dismal. This is stunning corruption. IFS has now reported us to all three credit bureaus, falsely stating that we are behind in payments, even though we have made all lease payments and fulfilled the purchase option terms sent to us by IFS. After 20 years of owning Infinitis and Nissans, NEVER AGAIN!

Stay away from Infiniti financial. I leased a car that was stolen. Payoff was around 35k and insurance paid them a little over 39k. Infiniti lease states that they get paid whatever the insurance pays out regardless of payoff when the car is deemed a complete loss. Never again.

This is the worst customer services ever. Fete Infiniti in NJ are the worst along with Inifiniti financial services.! I’ve being going around in circle I cancelled my car warranty to which I should be able to get $3734 dollars this happened in April 2022 and is now May 2022 and they still have me going around in circle to issue me a refund. The warranty company send Infiniti the check back in February2022. They can’t do anything since they did their part. I’ve calling almost every day for the past 90 days and the only things they told me their will issue me a refund for the overpayments on my loan. I already paid off my loan and this $3734 is a refund that need to be issued to me since February. Their customer services don’t know what the hell they are doing and they all tell me the same thing we understand your frustration this is being on for a while we just don’t understand why that dept has not issues you the refund they can see the check and their endorsement on the check which mean that Infiniti got the money. I advice everyone not to buy from this people, when you want to buy they are the best because they want you but once you signed contract with them then is the run round. The worst you can do is deal with Nissan or Infiniti. They being holding my overpaid money for almost 4 months now. Even their customer services don’t know why it’s taking that long for the refund to process. No one knows and I can’t get in contact with the dept that has to issues the refund to me. Worst dealer Fette Infiniti in NJ and the worst customer services with Infiniti financial services. I would recommend any one to go to theee people when you want to buy a car.!
