JandA outdoors sold a damaged barrel to me
They sold me a barrel that they said was only to have some blemishes on finish . The barrel had 1.5 in of gulled rifling and because i didn't find it before the 2 weeks of purchasing it they wont swap the barrel out or refund me . I tried contacting them for weeks and they never return my messages . The lady was very rude while talking to me on the phone. I will never do business with them again. They sold me a damaged barrel and now im stuck with it . 150 dollar lesson .

Sketchy at best. Searched their site for a Tikka super varmint muzzle brake. Found one, added it to the cart and purchased. It was at my home in days. When I opened the package, I realized the brake would not work on the super varmint as indicated. I emailed them three times about an exchange or return. I got no response. After the fourth email, I got some canned response and was advised to call them. I called them to no avail once again. Crystal finally returned my call and I let her know what the issue was. She said there would be a 20% restocking fee and I would have to cover return shipping. After that, she said I could look for a brake that fits. Absolutely unacceptable. Tried to find their company on the Better Business Bureau website and they don't exist. Avoid this LLC like the plague.

Super clean brand new take off parts
A bit of back and forth to get exactly what i needed but they're working to make it right and the parts they did send were brand new never used spotless parts, impressively clean actually. You won't find a better price on Savage parts either. I will be buying from them again!

Mislabeling me as fraud despite me calling in to confirm details
Terrible, terrible customer service, communication and lack of respect.I ordered a low value ($40) item on a Thursday, and knowing that they advertise their "1 day processing" I waited until the next Tuesday before reaching out as I haven't heard from them since they charged my card. No response. On the Wednesday, I then emailed again without receiving any responses, I then finally gave them a call on the same day. They first asked me to verify everything upon picking up the phone. By everything I mean the item I ordered, all my personal info such as billing and shipping address, and even what I am installing the part on. Then they somehow had the audacity to say that my transaction was fraudulent. Sure, you have all the rights to cancel my order, but my complaint here is the the lack of customer service, communication and respect. If I haven't taken the initiative and called you, you probably would've just took my money and said and did nothing.

This business caters to RIFLE shooters
This business caters to RIFLE shooters, primarily hunters. If you build (assemble) hunting rifles, reload, or need an optic (scope) for your rifle, these are good people to buy from. They are honest and know their guns. They ship quickly and communicate what's going on. I've purchased from them FIVE times now with great success. My order is always correct, shipped rapidly, and the quality of product is excellent. They also have a stellar reputation on many hunting/shooting forums (especially long range hunting [LRH].) As I write this (6/8/2023) they are open Tues/Weds/Thurs and half day (in the mornings) on Friday. J&A Outdoors is reputable and well known in the shooting community. If you need Tikka parts, Remington parts, bottom metal, triggers, etc., check them out.
