Bait and switch
Ordered a 38" Dell monitor that was listed for $90. Got an email in short order apologizing that what I ordered is not available, but they do have them for $405.I replied saying shucks, I really wanted that, well how's about we change the order to this 34" number that's $100? Didn't hear back. Checked the site, and that monitor is now $375.I found them when I searched for a replacement 30" Apple Cinema Display, and was impressed as they had them for $90. At the time. They're now $375 as well.I don't know how it benefits them to do business this way but it sure does suck as a customer. They're yet to refund the original purchase charge or reply to my email.

Changed price after I placed order
I ordered a computer monitor that was listed for around $90. Two days later, a JBS sales rep emails me to say that the monitor has sold out and the new price is $340. When I placed the order, the monitor webpage said 8 units were left and 33 had been sold. After I placed the order, the page indicates 7 left / 34 sold...so I doubt it sold out. Other reviewers have had similar experiences. I recommend the company stop false advertising or they will find themselves in a lawsuit.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Fast and accurate delivery. They even took the time to check up on the order when the post office tried to deliver on the weekend to ensure our package arrived the following business day. That my friends is excellent customer service.

Got me what I needed
Called in because I needed a drive for my SAN. I told the person on the phone that I had some drives but the tray for the drives did not fit my SAN. He assured me the drives can still be used I just needed a new tray for them to fit my SAN. He saved me a big hassle of having to return and re-purchase new ones. I really appreciated his help with my situation.

I just bought this Cisco RV325-K9-NA…
I just bought this Cisco RV325-K9-NA from JBSDevices because I run an advanced home network that is more like a small enterprise than a typical home network. I run everything through the home network to include home automation, VoIP for my home phone system, streaming video (we do not subscribe to cable), VPNs, several vlans, as well as web surfing. I needed a router that would handle all these tasks well. The RV325 delivers with room to grow. One thing I would like to add customer support was so patient and walk me through everything on the phone.

Got My Seagate HDD in Excellent Condition!
This hard drive is whisper quiet and its small size and large capacity for a 2.5 makes it a perfect drive for backing up files. Easy to do and so far working great. Haven't had to address any issues with the drive since its initial install. Always trusted the Seagate brand, great product! Last but not the least, thanks to JBS Devices for on time delivery and best price package.
