Apathetic– interested solely in order fulfillment
My experience to begin with was a good one, and I actually had the notion this was a reputable company making good products – this was true from 2019 until October of this year. The kicker arrived in the form of their EVIO Solo device, included in the kit were lovely defects of coils and what was in practice a mess of a cartridge/coil design.Leaky, awfully inconsistent experience with these vape devices. And I can't be too upset as there was plenty of writing on the wall if I cared to notice; Inexplicably few and far in between reviews for devices on their website, evidence to censoring or lack of moderation at all; total lack of response in my attempt at contacting the company for support with an issue experienced with their product; new devices released then mysteriously gone from sale as if they'd never existed.. to name just a few, and in no way to do justice to those issues I haven't even noticed. All in all, thank you Joyetech for opening my eyes to just how apathetic you as a corporate entity actually are to your patrons, leaving me the impression there is not a single care provided following the reception of a customer's business.

Joyetech Teros device
I bought a Teros eCig device from them and I believe it was defective. When I used the service it was just coat my mouth and throat with hot liquid rather than produce vape like other devices do, which would cause me to have coughing fits, as well as it being an extremely unpleasant experience. After months of contacting them social media and email customer service team, they sent me a replacement by UPS.UPS wanted to charge me £17.17 in fee to collect them item, which was more than the item cost me in the first place. This item was also defective, so I contacted the email team again, and they sent me another by UPS, and again, UPS wanted to charge me £17.17 in fees. Which I refused.I'm not sure why the company keeps sending their warranty replacement items by UPS if they're going to charge more than the item is worth in fees to complete delivery of it. But they do, and that makes no sense to me.However, they were willing to send to replacements, and that's the only reason why they're not getting a 1* review. However, I now have two defective Joyetech Teros devices, which ideally I'd like to send back to them by free post so they can test them. But they're not interested in that. Don't buy the Teros, it's a terrible device.

WARNING WILL ROBINSON - THIS JOYETECH COMPANY JACKS YOU
This is a Chinese run business cutting as many corners as it possibly can. We are talking about ridiculous wait times for responses, lack of customer service support, lack of dedication to putting out a clean and effective product. Products come out of the box looking used and worn. Customer service is a nightmare. They don't back their product. They are hoping that you just forget and walk away, or buy another one 3 months later. These are all the same company BTW: Joyetech, Eleaf, Wismec, MyVapors, Vivant, White Elephant. The are also attempting to come out with an e-liquid line. I would advise NOT purchasing their products, or selling their goods. These are not nice people. The company has hellish turnover, they treat their employees like capital, and the management is atrocious.

Buyers beware!!
Buyers beware!!! This company or Wismec (same origins) doesn't care for it's customers or their product quality. 90 days warranty is not acceptable. Second device failed within 10 months and support refused to replace it...

Joyetech takes no responsibility for faulty vtc dual
I bought a Joyetech evic vtc dual and ultimo atomizer from a shop in istanbul for 440TRY (124,5USD). I checked that it is an original using the scratch card provided. After using it less than a month, it stopped reading the coil. As if there is no atomizer attached to it. Spring loaded 510 is perfectly in place and I tried 3 different atomizers but got the same result. I contacted Joyetech customer service but they said that they can't do anything about it. Thus, unfortunately I paid 124,50usd and got nothing in return, literally. I am furiously mad at Joyetech for this neglectful behaviour and urge you to reconsider if you are planning to buy one of their products as internet is full of "no atomizer found" error complaints and when that happens, joyetech offers no help.
