I am trying to get a refund and I have been emailing them for over a month to get my money back. They are not replying. The website is clear that I’m entitled to a refund but they are ignoring my emails which is so frustrating!

Read before you purchase
Firstly the website isn’t super clear and is misleading.You will not receive a mounted piece, you will receive the artwork rolled up in a plastic covering. Like you used to buy a poster from a local record shop.2nd if you want to return it, you need to send multiple emails before you get a reply. You can’t have opened the packaging at all so can’t check quality or condition.3rd I’ve been sent a New Zealand address to return it to from the UK! Seems like they know what they are doing. Make an attractive website, mislead in the pictures and then make it nearly impossible to return.

Zero customer service
Print looked really good on website, showing pictures of the canvas framed. It arrived in a tube!Sent 5 emails requesting a return and refund and no responses!For the price quoted I expected it to be framed as per description and photos!Very disappointed, zero customer service… they take your money and there is NO recourse! BE WARNED!

Do not order anything at this Seller
Do not order any pictures at this company, they will rip you off. Placed an order for 250$ and never received pictures. Pictures were blocked by german customs as of wrong declarated value. He tried to convinced me that the delivery was scraped but I gave the documented evidencence from FedEx, that the pictures returned to Chinese partner, printing the pictures. After I complaind, they ignoring mails. Mobile numer always busy or he maybe blocks the customers... Keep your fingers off this company

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever! They don’t respond to emails and the phone number is probably someone’s cell phone. I’ve called numerous times and left message due to not receiving an order. I had to call my credit card to dispute charges.

I wish I had seen THESE reviews BEFORE I bought a canvas from this company. I got a rolled up poster in the mail for $80. Now my kid wont have part of his birthday gift because of these crooks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANYThey list a phone number, but noone answers it. All of these reviews are accurate.

OMG !!! Check before you buy
OMG !!!! Save your money do not order from this company. My husband saw a painting that he like and ordered it. What came in the mail after two weeks and NO RESPONSE from the seller after a few emails and calls, was just the actual painting rolled up like it was a blue print or something being mailed to us. I’m so out done right now. My belief is this company is out of the country. The website list a 213 area code number, we live near Los Angeles and thought we may be able to go to their actual store, NOPE 🥴🤔😡. The mailing label list and address in Inglewood CA which is not far from us, however that is an international shipping facility. I sent an independent email from my own email as if I was a new customer having questions about their art. Still no replay. Just thought this may help.

Scam! Do not buy their product, Chep material, poorly printed, No canvas just the cloth, you will pay premium do all the work, buy the frame, etc... NO REFUND policy too

I can contest to the canvases 👍
So I found this company on Instagram. I bought some canvas's and later looked up their reputation and became very worried about what I was going to receive, based on the reviews here. I got my art today about ten days after I placed my order. They are beautiful. One of the canvases I got is 55 inches long and it doesn't look pixelated or stretched as some people have complained about. Time to build some frames and I'll post pictures.

If you received anything from KanvasKingdom you winning. I never received my package the cold part is when I got my tracking number it said my package weight was 0.396 lbs? Yes I did contact them and they sent me a half ass response saying it's been shipped here's the tracking number ok so I wait then sent them another message this response was contact the carrier which was dhl long story short I still never received my package and now I get no response. EVEN and I do mean EVEN if you receive some it's not worth it. I hope this company get sued

Pros:- Canvas and skate board prints are decent enough for the price you payCons:- Ordered 2 x sculptures that never arrived- Had to chase for all delivery tracking information- No response after numerous follow ups via email and their website form on items that never arrived over a period of 2-3 months- Had to lodge a claim with PayPal to get a refund on items that did not arrive, to which, PayPal closed the cases in my favour

The worst experience ever
Completely awful Been waiting a month for 3 paintings. Now they have sent me a track number but closed my account down. I went and searched the track number and it says it was delivered today. I've been home all day. Didn't receive not one notification. So now I have no paintings and no account even to complain about missing order. Messed up. $300 plus down drain. Expect unresponsive customer service and to wait 3-4 weeks
Do not order from here. Expect to wait for at least 3-4 weeks and then when you inquire about the order status you won't hear anything for weeks. When they respond they will be rude and defensive or will just copy and paste a generic message over and over. No refunds or replacements even when they send things months later and it does not meet expectations.

3 months still no Canvas. This company is trash and plays games. I’m guna have to go through the bank to get a refund. Never buy anything from this place complete scam. I have pucks where they completely messed up and won’t right their wrong let alone communicate. This place need to be shut down.
