Unusual sized boxes for large framed art.
I had some questions about international shipping and decided to use the online chat. I communicated with Alex who gave me all the information I needed and took away the stress of worrying about shipping items in containers that were larger than normal. I am very happy to work with this company as I am moving from the USA to Scotland to live.

It was my first time using this company which was recommended by my daughter.They answer emails fast and it is super easy to get in contact with someone. My boxes came really quickly. Oliver was one of my contact people.. which he was really nice and sweet🫶🏼.. def will use again

Excellent service and affordable!
We have used Luggage To Ship twice to send belongings to our daughter studying abroad in Australia. The process was exactly as described and both times the suitcases arrived on time. The customer service was excellent. I had multiple questions about prohibited items, where to place the customs labels and where to drop off. Every question I had was answered promptly. Oliver was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this service. It seems too good to be true to send a 50lb suitcase from a FedEx drop off from Montana to Australia for just over 200$ but it is completely legit. I highly recommend them!

Harry is definitely a 5 star individual. He solved in no time an issue that had been bugging me for the last few days and he answered all my concerns and questions. I highly recommend Luggage to Ship, and if you are lucky enough to deal with Harry, he is the icing on the cake!

This experience was great
This experience was great. Suitcase shipped quickly. I had a prior experience where the suitcase arrived 3 days past expected which was quite frustration so my only recommendation would be if you are shipping around the holidays, especially Christmas ship extra early. Again, I have had a previous positive experiences in the suitcase arrives promptly. This time was similar. Great customer

We had a hard shell suitcase that a friend brought back from Africa for us, and shipped it using LuggageToShip from West Virginia to Colorado. Half the price of FedEx, delivered with care, and the case came even faster than we had expected. Harry from LuggageToShip followed up to make sure all went well. GREAT company!!!

First, I’d like to say that our package has arrived on time and they want to credit the customer service department, Adam, who was outstanding. He probably answered 50 of our questions called us at least five times to make sure we’re all set handled all kinds of details and as a result, everything landed at the hotel for our arrival it is so refreshing to have real life customer service these days and it makes all the difference. Adam had a real grasp of the process and helped us a ton as this was our first big trip.
